Loved Dr Shawn aka Dr TicToc .. very patient and informative I found his staff equally kind and helpful..loved my assistant Reanna.... also a plus was the office was very clean even the restroom which is a hard thing to stay on top of when you have so many people coming and going but is something that is very much appreciated Top notch professionals

When a patient can be as relaxed as I was and doze off during a 2.5 hour session of laser pocket therapy, now that is really something! It was a "piece of cake". And Megan treated me like a King.

Rather late in the game I started having anxiety about the procedure and they were very accommodating, giving me three options. I chose the sedation the night before, about 15 minutes before their offices closed. My wife works nearby and she went by and picked up the packet of pills just before they closed. The day of I took the pills an hour before my appointment. Rather than feeling relaxed, I felt somewhat detached. The shot to the roof of my mouth was still painful, but only while the needle was in place. They put a white cloth across my eyes, and I think I must have dozed off, because I remember very little and it seemed like the procedure was done much faster than I suspect it was in reality. After it was done, I was given a temporary tooth (the one they extracted I think) and some instructions to follow. Other than the moment of the shot in the roof of my mouth, the procedure was smooth, and (seemingly) quickly over.

Excellent professional and friendly care. I was a bit anxious about a procedure that needed to be done, but the hygienist did everything so easily and guided me through the process as she went along the whole procedure. Before I knew it, we were finished without fear or pain. I am amazed and grateful to Stephanie for making my visit so easy.

Dr. Sams did a fabulous job with my two gum grafts, and his staff was equally fabulous. Mindi, the nurse, was thorough and shared the cool science with me while getting me prepped. Additionally, I believe it was Christy who gave me the numbing shots -- the part I dreaded the most -- and clearly, she is adroit. Further, Sams' technique really minimized pain. I had no discomfort the day of the surgery, and later, I had a little soreness, but no real pain. The biggest pain was having to change my t-shirt twice because I dripped my chocolate shake due to my numb lower lip. Beyond the surgery, the whole I&P staff is friendly and professional; they are all as good as it gets.

Everyone in the staff was friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that she felt needed to be done. Her name is Stephanie and her friendly and calm demeanor helped me to relax. Then Dr. Sams came in and introduced himself. He is very warm and friendly and inspired great confidence in me. He also examined my teeth and explained his treatment recommendations. I really liked both Stephanie and Dr. Sams and I have complete confidence in them. After the examination, I was taken into the office where a very friendly woman told me exactly what I the procedures would cost and how the payment could be made. I am very nervous when I have to go to the dentist but everything about my experience there -- from the office staff, to Stephanie to Dr. Sams himself -- made this experience as pleasant as a dental visit can be. A very professional office!!

I am very impressed so far. Everyone has been professional and respectful. There is obviously great leadership and team spirit in their work environment. Scheduling and all office staff very pleasant and professional. Shelby did a wonderful job examining the tooth and preparing for Dr Sams. JC and Dr Sams were thorough and thoughtful during the removal and implant. I was given plenty of explanation and material incld YouTube videos for the after care. So far so good with the healing. Great work everyone. Much appreciated.

Everyone from the receptionist through the doctor were friendly and welcoming. All of our questions were patiently answered until we fully understood. Could not have asked for a more thorough/complete visit. Will recommend you to everyone!
