Scheduled an appointment for the next day to have a wisdom tooth removed. Staff was cool. Was a bit of a wait, but well worth it for the services I received. Every place I called was trying to schedule my appointment for November. At the time it was October 13th. Wasn't trying to deal with the pain every night up until then. Had my wisdom tooth removed. Only pain I felt was when receiving the needle to my gums. Other wise it was a pain free process. Would recommend this team for sure.

I came here originally for an emergency appointment and would go on to visit for a treatment plan. The staff is friendly, professional, and patient. They took time explain the process and paperwork I needed and what to expect. The surgeon was thorough. I'm hoping my experience continues to be as great for my future appointments.

Very professional & welcoming upon arrival. Did they're best to make my baby as comfortable as possible considering her anxiety. Explained everything in detail for my daughter & I both to completely understand what would be happening during her procedure & what to expect after the numbness wore off. I highly recommend & give 10

Absolutely love this place. Literally couldn't say enough great things about this place and the Absolutely wonderful people who work there. My surgeon was Absolutely wonderful and her entire staff. They actually care about how your feeling and make sure they comfort you. I was terrified and had an amazing experience! If your looking for a place with people who actually care this is it!

My experience with the oral surgeon was horrible the moment she walked in we could sense a attitude from the surgeon. We had a referral and when she walked in she immediately said "ok what are you here for?" No greeting nothing the referral clearly stated evaluation, it was consultation appointment. Which she did none of I'm not sure why my daughter would even need to be in braces and have a treatment plan for a consultation, I never made a decision for her to do any procedure. So it's not clear why we needed a treatment plan or braces applied prior to the appointment. The whole time the oral surgeon was snappy and even my daughter sense she had a lil attitude, I definitely reciprocated the same energy. My frustration was not about getting different opinions from different surgeons and not having started the process my irritation was with this Asian "L" (something) oral surgeon she seems very unprofessional and I'm not sure what the hell her problem was.

I had my wisdom teeth removed recently and the entire process was extremely smooth. The front desk is awesome at answering any insurance and prescription questions. The surgery itself was over in an hour even though they were impacted and in a tricky area. During the consultation, Dr. Haddad also explained everything thoroughly and made sure I made the final decision without pushing me one way or the other. I had a follow up concern after surgery and they got back to me immediately, making sure I felt fine and as recovering normally. I really appreciated the customer service, promptness and professionalism!

Dr. Haddad and his staff is wonderful! I had IV sedation for extraction of a molar and wisdom tooth. EVERYONE in the office was patient and kind. They answered all my questions and eased my fear and anxiety. One day prior to surgery, a very knowledgeable staff called and reviewed pre-op instructions with me. On the day of my surgery, the staff prepared a care package with everything I needed for post-op care. After reviewing post-op instructions with the Corina, I was brought back to the treatment room by Dr. Haddad's assistant, Kim. She was so, so nice and kind eventhough I rambled on (I was freaking out inside). Dr.Haddad did an amazing job of course. No pain at the wisdom tooth extraction site and only mild soreness at the molar extraction area. I took Motrin 800mg twice and took care of the soreness. I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars!

My experience with Dr.Haddad was phenomenal. I had 1 wisdom teeth removed and was pretty anxious about it. His staff kept me feeling calm and through sedation i didn't feel a thing. I will recommend go to Dr. Haddad if i need any additional oral surgery in the future.

I brought my son there recently Dr Haddad and staff are great. I highly recommend! Front desk reception was very detailed with after care instruction and insurance. One thing I noticed was the wife is his office manager; so as far as employees there is no room for growth which I feel the young ladies have potential with no actual room to grow. When thinking of a business you think of it as a whole including the employees.

Everyone in the office was nice and friendly. Dr. Haddad was comforting during my procedure. His two dental assistants were amazing people as well. I would recommend this office to anyone who is scared of any kind of dental work. This is where you want to be, from the moment you walk in the door. What a great place as a patient.

Excellent experience! The Dr covers all the bases to inform you of the care to be provided. Ashley is thorough and provides humor to keep smiling through your pain. I would highly recommend the Implant & Oral Surgery Center for your surgical needs.

This center is amazing ! I was very comfortable and felt very taken care of. The entire staff is so sweet and the dental assistants were amazing ! I would definitely recommend coming here. I got 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out and it was a very smooth process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience

My grandsons general dentist has point us to the right direction. I loved everything about this surgery center, I will say it was a little bit rocky getting the OK to have the surgery but front desk receptionist I cannot thank her enough. She took her time listening, being patient and going above and beyond to make sure my grandson was okay to have the procedure. I would like to show my appreciation to the rest of the staff as well they're all great. Shaunice thank you for being so kind. Thank you for giving up most of your time to make sure this was all possible so quickly!

Everyone is always very nice and accommodating. I am in the process of my third and fourth implants and feel I receive excellent care.
