For starters I love the melanin in the office that in itself always made me feel so welcomed. The staff is super friendly. When I first came I was so nervous about pain and truthfully I've never experienced pain in the office during any part of the implant process. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommend everyone in every aspect from front desk to specialist and everyone in between. I've never even got a nasty tone over the phone only positive experiences

Dr Williams did an amazing job on my gum surgery. I had no pain during my surgery and very little issue recovering from the procedure. I will return if I need further dental care on this level. The front desk works well with the dental staff.

Joy (office manager) was difficult to deal with. 1. She's pleasant on the phone and in person, but not conscientious in her work. She was slow or late or neglectful in keeping multiple promises she made to call me back or follow up on something. 2. She charged me for a service I did not receive. I caught it and she gave me a refund, but she should have caught it in the first place. 3. She royally messed up the paperwork she sent in for the insurance quote. When I followed up with my insurance company and told her how to fix it, she stopped communicating with me and became very uncooperative. That meant I was not able to make a follow-up appointment for surgery, so the money I paid for the initial consultation was largely wasted. I made efforts to get a refund, but the office refused.

We highly recommended Dr. Merrell Williams. My daughter needed gum surgery and Dr. Williams did an awesome job. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We are very thankful that Dr.Greg Stepanski told us about Dr. Williams.

Had two crown lengthening and it went flawless. Was quoted price prior to procedure. Staff was very professional and friendly. Dr Williams was great and definitely has a well trained staff. Will definitely use in future if warrant and also refer to friends and family!

I have no Idea if the Dr. is any good, Can't get past the people on the phone. I had a referral, Dr. Williams office couldn't find it & instead of them reaching out to my dentist to get it. I had to do all the leg work. Then when I called back to make the appt. The Dr. only does the first consultation visit from 9:30 - 2:30. That doesn't work for me. I'm going to take a whole day off work just for a consultation. I asked for the fist appt in the morning or the last appt in the after noon and they said sorry we can't do that. Guess what I'm the paying customer with really good insurance. I'm absolutely positive someone will be happy to accommodate me. Your Loss!
