We have used them for years. However, it is increasingly difficult to get a timely appointment. Prior to my appointment this week, they texted me about paying for my appointment - which should be covered. Only to find that they are now no longer in network with my insurance. My husband recently had an appointment also that was not covered - but they said NOTHING to him because we had some credit on our account that they DID NOT MENTION to him at his appointment either. They just applied the credit to his appointment. Funny how they can text me when they think I may owe them, but didn't text him when they owed us. We are DONE with this practice and their shady office policies.

Friendly staff, competent doctors. Multiple doctors, in addition to different specialists are available for various needs, all in the same location, inside an office building, near Champion's Gate. Personal experience: This is the first dentist office I've ever been to that didn't push me for unnecessary procedures, or go straight to the most expensive fix. In addition, Dr. Russo is the most gentle dentist I've ever had the privilege of seeing. He also seems to genuinely care about his work. Definitely recommend.

I've been using this office for several years now. I've always been a punctual patient. Today, I was running 15 minutes behind for my cleaning due to strange circumstances, and called the office to make them aware. At exactly 15 minutes after my original appointment time, while I was 5 minutes from the office due to traffic lights, I get a call saying they would no longer be able to see me. I drove over a half hour to get there. The receptionist was less than helpful and not at all understanding. And all of this after they changed my appointment time twice in the last week. Apparently it is fine for them to run late, but for a patient to run late is unacceptable. My husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere. We are obviously not valued clients. It's really unfortunate - the doctors are great. Never in my years of working in the health care industry would I have treated a patient like this, nor would my doctors have allowed it.

Dr. Kelly Soutas is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I get very anxious about going to the dentist and needles but he's put me at ease every time. Also, his shots don't hurt! All of the staff (esp Elaine!) are so nice. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Lascurain is an excellent dentist. Explains what he is going to do and has the best bedside manner. Just got my root canal and it was 99% pain free (perfect use of numbing and local anesthetic-you can't even tell you are getting an injection in your mouth). The only painful part of the root canal was my jaw after keeping my mouth open for 1.5hr. Will recommend my friends and family to him, best dentist you'll ever have. The office staff is awesome, everyone is friendly. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. From the ladies working the reception area, the dental assistants and Dr. Lascurain, everyone was extremely polite and knowledgeable . Dr. Lascurain explained everything in detail and provided a quote before any work was done. When I complimented him before leaving on his job well done he said, "I try and treat everyone like they are family". I genuinely believe he meant that. There is no doubt I'll be back to this dental office for the rest of my dental work.

Upon recommendation from friends, my husband, Robert, and I switched to Implant and Comprehensive Dentistry a few months ago when we were unhappy with our current dentist. I went to Implant and Comprehensive Dentistry on July 29 for a cleaning and then again on August 3 for a root canal. Like many people, I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I am writing this review so that those of you who are like me, will know this office is a safe haven from pain and nervousness. Cleaning went great, and Dr. Hewett examined the pain I had on the upper left molar. He touched that tooth with a cold solution, and it really hurt. Even though the X-ray and examination showed no problem, he believed me that I was in terrible pain. I had the same problem with the right upper molar, but the dentist I had then, just kept me in pain for months because no reason for pain was evident- which is one of the reasons I switched to this office. It was wonderful to be believed!!! He immediately introduced me to root canal specialist, Dr. Sergio Lascurain, and was scheduled for August 3. I nervously came to the office for my root canal. The injection to numb the area was painless. Being very nervous, I was having heart palpitations and trouble breathing when the procedure started. Dr. Lascurain and his assistant were constantly asking how I was doing and talking in quiet and soothing voices. They got me so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during the procedure. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT I FELL ASLEEP DURING A ROOT CANAL!!!! They told me I was out for about 35 minutes and even snored!!!! If someone would have told them that this would happen, I would never have believed it. I have had root canals before, but this was the best, easiest, and dare I say, a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this office - everyone is great- and on time!!

WOW! My poor husband had a terrible experience at another dentist. He took his x-rays to Dr. Russo for a second opinion, and this office treated him fantastically. Their self-pay plan is also one of the best deals in dental plans for those without insurance. We had a somewhat rocky start to the appointment as the receptionist quoted a different price than I had been told on the phone. She said she'd work it out with the office manager, and they came back with a much better response than I had ever hoped. So helpful and kind.

I have spent upwards of $30k on dental work between myself, step-son, and husband over the last two years. Never had much of an issue until the last couple of visits. The first issue was when I was told that a procedure for my step-son would cost $4k which I opted to split the cost in half between two visits of $2k each. On the next visit to get the crown I was surprised when they told me I owed $3500 instead of the other $2k I for which was the original agreement. Not only that, but they didn't even have the crown ready and we had to wait an extra hour and a half for them to make it. Supposedly the dentist had been on vacation and wasn't caught up with by the office. They added additional costs without my knowledge. Make sure you are given a printout of procedures before signing anything. The last issue I had with them is when the office asked me "Why" I was canceling a cleaning for myself (which I was canceling 3 days in advance). My husband has canceled a few dental appointments with far less notice and he was never asked why. I had ALWAYS made every appointment for myself for at least 2 years. That bothered me why they ask me and no one else? I asked if that was policy and the coordinator basically told me no. Something isn't right here. All in all, the dentist is nice and does a good job. I think it's an office staff issue. They don't seem to treat all patients the same and give wrong information. Always ask for a printed receipt of upcoming services with agreed upon costs so you aren't surprised with a huge bill later.

Okay, So i admit I do not give reviews very often. It has to be a situation where I was immensely impressed or vastly disappointed. And this office was the former. Their communication is top knotch, there are no surprises, they make you feel veryyyyyy comfortable with their friendly demeanor. All of the employees are well informed and they take the time to explain every single detail of your case in layman's terms to you. The dental hygienist was exceptional. Kia was perfect at explaining. Perfect place for individuals who get anxious about going to the dentist.
