I absolutely love this place! The front office staff are so nice and helpful! Everyone here is so nice help however they can. They got me in the next day for an emergency appointment!

I've had x-rays, fillings, and a root canal done at Imperial Valley Dental and had nothing but excellent experiences. Dr. Kelley-Rondero is so sweet & friendly. She always brightens up my day. I have to admit I was terrified of having a root canal done but I trusted her because she had worked on me previously, and with the root canal I didn't feel a thing. The dental assistant Daniela is such an amazing human being. She is like a ray of sunshine who goes out of her way to make sure that patients are comfortable & happy. The front desk guy Sebastian is also super sweet & helpful. I also had a cleaning done with the hygienist Monse, and she did an amazing job. Very thorough, professional, but also gentle. I highly recommend Imperial Valley Dental to anyone who is nervous about the dentist. They are wonderful people & take really good care of you.

I couldn't be happier that I switched over to this office! Dr is super nice, & professional as well as her whole staff. Daniela & Sebastian are per usual so kind. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone (:

Outdated systems for modern dentistry...Made an appointment and drove to said appointment drive all the way over there for the man working there to tell me that they no longer take my insurance. He was so rude and made it seem that the whole situation was all my fault and I should have known about it before I arrived. Only have one car and my kids had to miss school for this waste of a trip. As I was leaving I saw dr Kelly on my way to my car she saw me and quickly grabbed her phone and as I stopped to speak to her she pretended to be on the phone and acted to be really busy

It is unfortunate that this dental practices use to be amazing. Now the people in the front are rude, the dentist does not know how to work without an assistant... she didn't seal a tooth, when I asked her about it, she brushed me off... my whole tooth broke in a matter of days... I went back to explain what happened and they refused to see me and fix my tooth... do not go with a dentist who doesn't know how to work alone.

The Dental assistant did a great job and she cleaned my teeth very well with no pain. It only took an hour for the total cleaning. Dr. Kelly's office is well prepared for the Covid virus and prevention of it. Nice staff. Fast service too. Michael Gibbs

Great staff. Professional and friendly. They all pay attention to detail. In my case, I am very sensitive with X-rays and cleaning. The staff knows this and does their best to make both X-rays and cleaning as comfortable as possible.

As usual, excellent service. My appointment was for 3:40 and I was in at 3:30 or before. Great service and friendly staff. Would recommend Imperial Valley Dental Practice to anyone.

This office sucks! Everyone is slow and disorganized. Once you check in your wait time is a minimum of 30 mins! Also you be so lucky you have to wait again in your patient room. Check out a better location on Aten Rd. I was told I have 8 cavities on a routine visit from Dr Georgene. I obviously disagreed and paid for a second opinion which confirmed my teeth are all healthy. I don't understand how this office is in business.

This dentist is incredable. I had a nightmare experience with my last root canal; this could not have been any different. All the staff are both warm and professional. While I can't I am looking forward to my second root canal next week, I know that I will know that doctor's magic needle will do the trick. Carter Blocksma BA BSN RN CWON

Worse place I've ever been to. Horrible. Unorganized and very unprofessional. The dental equipment and degrees were not to be proud of. There are so much better places to go. It's worth it to drive to Mexicali or even San Diego.This place is tacky.
