I came back here for a cleaning (since my first experience was positive) and the customer service has gone way downhill. My appointment was at 10:00am. I waited and waited and by 10:25am, I still wasn't seen by the dentist. I talked to the receptionist and she said they were getting the room ready. By 10:30am, I was still waiting...so I told them that I was leaving and not waiting any longer. They staff didn't even bother to apologize for this inconvenience. Treat customers with respect and treat them as if their time is as valuable as yours. If I arrived 30 minutes late for my dental appointment, my appointment would be canceled and I'd be billed for wasting the dentist time. I am never coming back here.

I really don't write reviews. I have been to so many dentists. Imperial oak dentist is the best . Christin did excellent job . She is very good n compassion of what she does. She even administratered antibiotics for my gum n did cleansing very well. Also the dentist as well. Friendly environment , everyone so kind. I highly recommend this place. They are the best.

I have had billing issues with this provider since Feb. I went in for a simple cleaning and cavity fill. Not only did they not run my claims properly, they owed me $ and then sent me to collections. Tried to work with Isabel at the front desk. She assured me all would be sorted out. 3 weeks later, I'm still getting collection notices. Their billing practices are shady. DO NOT GO HERE.
