Me and my family will never come back to this place! The worst experience ever! My husband had to spend 2 hours waiting on his teeth to be cleaned, ridiculous. Besides that he was accused by one of the hygienist of being crackhead, that's out of control over there, disrespectful, unprofessional, rude. Then they said he needed some special cleaning which was absurd. They just try to get more money for the services which are not even needed. So he just walked out, and we never get the call back from this place. For everyone reading my comment- don't waste your time and money there!

I scheduled my appointment 2 months in advance. I received emails from them throughout about my appointment reminder all the way up to the morning of my appointment. When I got to the office I was turned away because they had the wrong cell phone number for me on file. I explained that I have had the appointment scheduled for months and that I made arrangements for my kids for this appointment and the receptionist showed no care in the world. She acknowledged that they took down the wrong contact info for me but still couldn't give me my scheduled appointment. It was very unprofessional that I was offered no other appointment for that day nor even given a simple apology.

I was axious about sorting out a broken tooth, as I have had some bad experiences at dentists in the past. I felt more as ease with the amazing help from the front desk staff, who organized an appointment as soon as possible for me. Then the entire dental team, who were extremely understanding, caring and attentive, made my whole experience a very pleasant one, given the circumstances. I was given very comprehensive explanations about my current situation, the options on how I could proceed and best plans for me. I'm so pleased I have found Imperial Lakes Dental Care, I will now have all my and my family's dental work done there and am recommending them to everyone I know for all their dental needs.

Don't go to this place very bad service, my child had a root canal done here and it got infected and no antibiotics was given and referral him out, the dentist really had did a bad job with the root canal and didn't care...very disappointed with service we had .I will never go back to this place..

I have a busy schedule and always have an 8 AM appointment to get my teeth cleaning done before I start my workday. Two weeks before my scheduled appointment, they changed it to 9 o'clock. When I got to my appointment I found out that I had a new dental hygienist which they had not told me before. they knew that I did not like having my hygienist changed as they had done it to me a year or so ago without telling me. I actually rescheduled that appointment in order to get my normal hygienist to do the cleaning. I then sat down and was told I needed to have x-rays taken and actually had to hold The piece of x-ray equipment to take one of the x-rays, which is ridiculous. I asked how much it would cost for my teeth cleaning and the hygienist told me that she would have to look at my mouth first and evaluate in order to determine the price. I've never heard such nonsense. Every teeth cleaning that I've had throughout my life was a flat fee and not negotiated at the time I was in the chair. I was then told that they had to measure my gums/teeth?? Before the cleaning. The hygienist was new at this place and from Canada. I have no idea if she was familiar with how things are typically done or using Canadian versions of it. I was so frustrated with the whole thing after 15 minutes 20 minutes that I walked out. Typically, my teeth are cleaned and I'm out the door in 20 minutes or so.

Had a fantastic first time experience! Cherie was amazing, She took the time to do multiple different angles and x-rays of my mouth and was also extremely thorough and friendly. She listened to the concerns I had and made great recommendations based off of what I was having issues with, also my hygienist whom I hope I have the name right (either Tracy or Stacy?) Provided phenomenal service to me as well, she stayed a little past to do a very thorough cleaning for me and to make sure that my plaque filled up would not be as bad in the future. I will be going to this dentist from now on and although I only needed to meet with the actual dentist briefly, she was incredibly welcoming and compassionate. Very happy I found this place
