An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

This dental office is the best all-around I've ever found. I've been with them for years and the whole team (reception, finance, radiology, doctors, and hygienists) give great customer service and constant resurrance while delivering top-tier dental care. I don't like to use anesthetics unless absolutely necessary and they have done a root canal and crown while honoring this without undue discomfort. But, just yesterday, I started a prices to finally fix a front teeth issue that was affecting my self-esteem and on-screen presence in this oh-so-Zoomie world. Kathie helped me with obtaining a financial solution to make this work on that side if things so we could start the same day when I thought I was going to have to save up for months. I'm so excited with the progress so far. When I'm all done I'll add photos.

I recently had a dental problem I'd mentioned to Dr. Leng during a scheduled visit to Imperial Dental Practice. I was impressed that he worked his schedule around to make sure my problem was resolved. At my last appointment, Dr. Leng and his assistant Robyn took extra care in fitting a new bridge. It was reassuring to know they hold themselves to such high standards of care, which reduces the chances of future problems arising. Thank you, Dr. Leng & Robyn!

If I could rate 0, I would. They love to take your money. Back story from 2017, I was supposed to have teeth removed but they told me at the very last minute that they couldn't do it because of a condition I have. Before I was supposed to have the teeth removed they took molds of my teeth to make partials. The insurance I had at the time paid for most of it but I still had to fork out $100 dollars of money that was hard because of being disabled. I had to try to go out of network to get my teeth pulled, still no luck. I then called and asked them for my partials because one surgeon wanted the partials. I called them and they said that I needed to have the surgery first. I fought and fought, nothing! I started getting really upset and was demanding my partials. Jennifer then left a message and said in a jokingly voice, "We can't find your partials". At that time I demanded a refund. She said that she sent a check, no check was ever received. Now here it is, 2022, I have been to several dentists between 2017-2022 and they either don't accept my insurance or won't work on me because of my health condition. I called more than a week ago to speak to Jennifer, they said that they would give her the message; she never called...just like before. I desperately need 3 front teeth pulled, they still owe me either my partials or my $100 that I never received back. These people love to take your money and do nothing for you in return. They made empty promises and here I am today, afraid to smile because of THEIR actions. DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL CARE IF YOU NEED EXTENSIVE WORK DONE AND/OR HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS!!! THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! This office should be shut down!

I can't say enough about the care I received at Imperial. The staff was amazing and Dr Duong made me feel so comfortable . I'm always nervous when I go to the dentist. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Imperial. The best care I have ever received in a very long time!

Today I came to Imperial Dental in Yucaipa. I was distraught because I broke my brand new dentures, they fixed my new dentures LITERALLY over night!!!! Thank you Imperial Dental you truly are the best and go the extra mile!!!!

I am so grateful for Imperial Dental. I LOVE my Dentist Dr.Abigail Duong. She explains everything so well & is so sweet & is very calming so that you understand what your procedure will be like. I am grateful for Smile Generation for helping finance & to be able to make payments on my dental work. It's such a help. Katie at the front desk is so helpful in helping set up my smile generation account. She does all the work & makes it easy to understand. All the girls at the front desk are helpful. I've gone here for a long time, but they just keep getting worse. The call to change every single appointment I've had in the last year. More and more electronic signatures for papers you don't ever see. They confront you while you're in the dental chair to force you into root canals and fillings. This lady cleaning my teeth stabbed me in the gums and claimed to be cleaning. I know what a cleaning is supposed to feel like, I've done them my entire life and when they scrape your teeth you can't feel it. When you're stabbed in the gums, you can. There only the reason they get 2 stars is because it's convenient to get the replacement the same day. But now they can barely manage that either.
