Extremely Unprofessional. Dishonest with customers about hidden fees. I am now in collections because of an unsettled fee I had no idea about! Sneaky and just down right terrible people.

Revised 10/4/21. I don't know if it's the completed renovations or the day of my initial appointment but today I was treated way better. 10/10 My first impression was not that great. The staff was on lunch the same time my appointment was scheduled and then dentist aid/ assistant had an attitude when I arrived. The building looks horrible I mean literal holes in the walls. I was about to walk out but the lady in the front desk was extremely nice. It's hard to get anyone on the phone as well you have to leave them a message for them to get back in touch with you.

Best Dentist ever, my husband and I being going here since we move to Memphis TN, we being trying different dentists and myself I just can't find a better place with so much trust. I really trust her a lot and not just her but her assistant very professional and great customer service.

Love this office, if you are nervous about going to a dentist this is the place for you. Dr. T is the sweetest and very gentle.

I was very pleased with my dental visit! The doctor was great, explained everything; and created a dental plan for me! The staff was very nice and professional!
