Jayson was extremely incredible with me. He talked down my nerves about the procedure and made sure I was good to go. Due to previous sedation complications, I am very thankful Jayson was there today. He is definitely a keeper. Thank you to the rest of the staff for providing a better welcoming than the other surgeon I went to see. Keep up the great work guys!! :))

Very friendly assistants. Actually set up my surgery after me going to different oral surgeons for 3 months and no one would help me. But they scheduled my surgery the day I went in. Very professional and straight forward with the patient.

Absolutely terrible service! They set up our consultation for Labor Day. I called to confirm they would be open and actually meant to set the appointment for that day. She assured me they would be open and the holiday didn't matter because they are a surgeons office and would in fact be there. No one ever called to let us know any plans had changed. My daughter will not be having her surgery there. We drive 2 hours and they are closed!

The day of our consultation I drive an 1.5 hours to be in a consultation for maybe 5 minutes. Felt like we were rushed in and out. Today my daughter had surgery. She came out complaining about how rude the dentist was. I let it go cause I thought maybe it was the medicine talking but no. She's all good now and telling me that the dentist was asking her about her medical history and she didn't know all the answers. Told him I was in the waiting room he then tells my 15 year old who is already a nervous wreck for this surgery that she's almost an adult and maybe she needs to do some investigation of herself when she gets out. That she needs to learn to communicate more! She has anxiety and was super nervous to be put to sleep!! DON'T tell my 15 year old that she's almost an adult! Since when is that for you to decide? She's still got 3 full years at home with me before she's an adult! I will be making a report with the BBB. Obviously this probably isn't the first time this has happened because the nurse apologized. to her.

Everyone at Impact Oral Surgery were very thorough and courteous. My son was nervous about his surgery but they eased his worry. Bring a blanket if you wear shorts. They have a perfectly running AC, my son wore shorts and T-shirt (summer time) and he was chilly. Very professional and provided a nice care pack that included the much needed ice pack.

Almost forgot my appointment that really needed to happen before school starts. They were kind enough to let me come on in. They put me at the end of the day for which I was thankful. Once there they were kind, informative, and efficient.
