Dr. Levinson and his assistant were amazing! I had a root canal done (and I am not the easiest patient, I'm very squimish) and they were so patient and kind to me. Their bedside manner is excellent! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

I've been a patient here for about 10 years. This dental office used to be great but in the past 2 to 3 years they have gotten steadily worse, extremely pushy, and expensive. I would give them a 1 star review if I didn't have a good history with them for so many years. I've lost trust in the hygienists that work here but the dentists have always been great. Had an appointment at 10 and wasn't seated till 30 minutes after my appointment time. Waited in the chair for another 15 mins and the cleaning itself only took 10 minutes. Really disappointed with how they treat my time.

The other reviews are right, avoid this place. May father was a dentist for 41 years and refers to these places as "dentist mills." Been bought by corporations whose primary goal is to up-charge you. Came in for a simple teeth cleaning. Waited for well over an hour and experienced a rotating door of assistants without actually getting my teeth cleaned. Good news they say, no cavities or gum disease, but guess what, here is your $454 treatment plan even though teeth cleanings are fully covered by my insurance plan. Huh? I just want a teeth cleaning. Here's the kicker: they say they won't even clean my teeth unless I do the full treatment plan! I get up to leave, then it changes to, well, you have to do $336 extra costs or we won't clean your teeth. So I finally walk out. They wouldn't even clean the plaque off my teeth. My family and I will be finding a new dentists office. Update: visited a new dentist in early October. They cleaned my teeth and I was in and out in 50 minutes. Half way through, the hygienist said, "you have beautiful teeth." I asked her if I needed any other treatments and she said no, just a thorough teeth cleaning. The dentist came in and checked me and said everything looked good, and I left with zero out or pocket since my insurance covers my cleanings. Contrast that experience!

Dr.Levenson is amazing! I had an exam a few weeks prior with another doctor at the same location and was told I possibly needed a root canal and a crown replacement. Fast forward to my appointment today with Dr. Levenson who first off had a very welcoming personality and was overly informative as to what I should expect out of today's visit. He advised that until he was able to see the tooth without the crown he didn't know what I needed. Now he could have said I needed a root canal but he didn't he was open and honest regarding my treatment plan! I appreciate the level of honesty he gave me considering I had a horrible experience at another dentist who tried to say I needed costly treatments when I didn't.

08-21-22 Update. I did this review a year ago and didn't go back because of the way I was treated last time I went in for an app. I decided to try and give them another chance since my daughter has been going there since her first ever dentist app. I don't even know why I bothered. The receptionist are not only rude, they treat you like you are dumb. I can't believe they even have employment at an office dealing with customers. If you hate your job that much, maybe you should be working in the back filing paperwork and not dealing with the general public. What an awful place. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. If you need a friendly dentist for your child and don't want to be treated like the dregs of society for having PeachCare, I recommend finding another practice. I found a really good one in SugarHill. They were super nice and professional. 08-01-21 I made an appointment and they call the day of and cancel. I make a second appointment and they call the day of trying to cancel again. I complain and they tell me to come in as planned. I sit in the waiting room for an hour and multiple people come in after me and leave before me. I ask the front desk what's going on they rudely tell me that my daughter is just starting her teeth cleaning. I guess if you say something they just let you sit and wait for hours. They had a couple good people working here that left and now it's HORRIBLE.

Scammers! Beware they are always trying to scam you. First it was with the dozens of cavities I supposedly had that need fillings. I've been going to the dentist every 6 months for the last 30+ years of my life and only had 1 cavity when I was a teen. Now all of sudden I have several new cavities every visit. Since I don't have the cavities filled, shouldn't they still be there the next time in addition to the new ones. Amazingly, they are not brought to my attention again. They only point out different ones at the next visit. Hmmm.... Next it was charging $10 (out of pocket) at each visit per person for PPE. So my family of 4 paid $40 cash to cover the gloves & masks required for our cleaning! Oh and they also billed my insurance $10 per visit per person for the same PPE. Sounds like insurance fraud to me. And now their newest scam is telling EVERY patient they need a deep cleaning that requires gum irrigation (a service most insurance companies don't cover and requires out of pocket payment). Even though we have never had problems with our gums before, all of a sudden the whole family needs gum irrigation. I was the first to go in this year and fell for it and ending up paying. I wised up when I took my kids and declined the service. They even brought in the next patient's chart and left it in the room while my daughter was waiting on a hygienist. Without even seeing the next patient, they had already signed them up for gum irrigation (second pic)! And isn't leaving someone else's chart in the room with us a HIPAA violation???

RUN don't walk to a different dental practice. I went to a new dentist today just three months after being told I need deep cleanings every three months and that I have bone loss. This is after getting my teeth cleaned every six months all my life! The new dentist said this was not, in fact, the case.This practice is very chaotic and, clearly, doesn't have the patient's best interest at heart. I should have known to check reviews before I ever made an appointment. Dr. Levenson barely talked to me and the dental hygienist was exceptionally rude to me. He then called to confront me about a bad review. He was defensive and clearly didn't want to hear what I had to say. It didn't matter, at that point, because I would never step foot in there again! Check out The Center for Cosmetic and Sedation Dentistry. This is an amazing dental practice with a very compassionate staff.

I have had Jessica clean my teeth on several occasions and she is thorough, gentle, and makes my teeth smooth and clean. She is super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I've trusted her so much I've even had her clean my children's teeth. If I was just rating Jessica, I'd be leaving a 5-star rating.

Excellent service -Jessica the hygienist is very thorough and will do an amazing job! I definitely recommend Jessica her service is great. Dr.Levenson does a fantastic job too!

Great cleaning from the dentist! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the hygienist. The hygienist (Jessica) looked at my teeth for a min or two, then strongly recommended that I needed a deep cleaning that would cost me ~$350 out of pocket (even though I brush, floss, and use mouth wash everyday along with routine dentist visits). I almost felt pressured to get the deep cleaning done, and the way the conversation flowed made me think she had the plan of selling me the deep cleaning before she looked at my teeth. I spoke with the dentist after and he said that I would be perfectly fine without the deep cleaning. He was nice to talk to and did a great job cleaning my teeth afterwards! Be aware of the "deep cleaning" sale here! Ask your dentist if it's absolutely necessary, and don't feel pressured to buy it!

I'm am beyond frustrated with how things have changed at this practice!! My family and I have been coming here for years getting our teeth cleaned every 6 months and all of the sudden my daughter and I both need "deep" cleanings costing hundreds out of pocket. My poor daughter has braces for 6 months now and she has been diligent about brushing and cleaning with a water pick day and night. They also are trying to charge my husband $600 for a crown "after insurance" coverage when my insurance tells us we should only be required to pay $315.00. This is fraud! Steer clear of this place don't give them your money!!

I am with an office calling in regards to a mutual patient with this office. The staff keeps you on hold for 5 minutes and then interrupts you and is rude when you're trying to be helped. Can't be good for business. This is probably why we are getting more of their patients that say they are unhappy with the dental care they are receiving.

Billing department is a joke and super frustrating to deal with. Same as others, you will always need a deep cleaning every time you go. Go elsewhere.

7/15/22 Update - The Doctors are great but the rest of the staff have zero respect for your time and will waste it. In the last 2 years I have had three cleaning appointments where I left there office without getting my cleaning. One, due to them messing up my appointment, second one due to a change in insurance, and the most recent one on 7/15/22 cause they wanted to do some special cleaning to help my gums. I sat in the chair for a hour with nothing done other than looking at my gums for about 10 minutes, the rest of the time was them figuring out the cost...which I didn't care...I would have paid it immediately even if my insurance did not cover it, that's how much I trust the doctors. Finally they told me we can proceed with the cleaning but the hygienist is now with another client, but she can still do it today if your willing to wait or we can reschedule. How longs the wait...they didn't know. Since I had to get to work my only option was to reschedule. The appointment was rescheduled for a month later. They then took me to the waiting room to be checked out...for what? They didn't do anything, other than waste my time and patience! I have since canceled my rescheduled appointment and thinking about finding another dentist! Dr. Levenson - you are a great dentist and have been amazing over the years...your staff needs a lesson in customer service! Original review: When my wife and I moved to Suwanee from Colorado, we needed to find a great Dentist in the area and we found it in Imagix and Dr. Levenson. They are very modern, very polite and have great resources such as orthodontics specialists. Since my wife and I started visiting in 2011, my wife has had simple cleanings and had wisdom teeth taken out at another Imagix Location in Alpharetta. I have been in many times for normal cleanings, fillings, a gum graph and soon to start Invisalign to correct the alignment of my teeth. All necessary procedures, and after having a few shady Dentists back in Colorado it was nice to have a honest Dentist that really does care about me as a patient and not a dollar sign. Although Dental procedures are never "fun", Dr. Levenson and his staff, made every experience as enjoyable as possible. I have had a lot of fillings and speaking from experience Dr. Levenson is one of the best that has fixed or put a filling in my teeth. There was next to zero pain during each filling procedure and if there was any need for a follow up to adjust my bite, he got me in the same day or following morning. With each follow up he was patient and thorough to find the bite problem, fix it and took the time to answer any questions. I can honestly say that I have been in to Imagix more times than I would have liked, but each time was completely necessary, a positive experience, and I would recommend Dr. Levenson and Imagix Dental in Suwanee to anyone.

Had a bridge put in at the Suwannee office three years ago. Have been having difficulty with it ever since.. Recently found a new dental office, and I am in the process of having it completely redone.
