I am a new customer here and had an amazing experience today! While the disconnect between their online system and actual calendar is a little frustrating, it's easy to make an appointment by phone or while you're in the office. The front desk people made check in easy and reviewed all costs upfront. The dental assistant and hygienist were incredibly kind and very funny! They had me cracking up the whole time. The way the hygienist cleaned my teeth is much gentler than I've experienced before. This was much appreciated since I do have sensitive teeth. The dentist I saw was also really nice and very helpful! He quickly analyzed my X-rays and came up with a game plan for my dental health. I was previously at a terrible dentist office, so this place is a breath of fresh air! They are responsive to calls and my appointment started on time. The whole office staff had a great vibe and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Julie is the best dental hygienist I've ever had (and I'm in my 50s). Just has a passion for what she does; extremely knowledgeable. Erika is the technician running around taking care of x-rays and everything going on around Julie so that Julie can focus on you. What a tag team. Super friendly. This was my first appointment with Imagix after switching from my dentist of 23 years (wishing now I had switched earlier). They seem to investing in the business--latest technology. Really nice!

I have been coming to this location for years. My hygienist Julie was great. The dentists and specialists were great too. Overall the technical staff was great. But I can't say the same for the administrative staff and front desk. After many poor customer service experiences and appointments scheduling issues, I have to look somewhere else. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to any friend or relative.

I was so annoyed after my first visit when they said they couldn't clean my teeth and they were just doing an exam. Like what is the point? But I still went back got my cleaning, returned even still because it was fine and I didn't want to mess with finding a new dentist. The hygienist is always behind so you will be waiting at least 15 minutes. But you could also be waiting an additional hour after you appointment. Definitely a waste of time and not professional.

This office is absolutely incompetent. I should have changed sooner. The first visit, scheduled as new patient with cleaning they informed me after a long wait that there would not be time to clean my teeth.... which was the whole point of the visit. The girl who did my exam clearly had no idea what she was doing and was not ready to interact with patients. The second time I went, to actually get my teeth cleaned they called a day before and informed me they would need to reschedule. The next visit was fine. Today I showed up for an 8:30 appointment, which they had confirmed literally less than 12 hours before from their system. The front office said they "tried to contact me to reschedule" which was absolutely untrue and verifiably false on my phone. THEN the receptionist tried to argue with me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My implants are finally complete and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Everyone who has seen my photo says I look younger. Dr Nayyar told me he was giving me a facelift and he delivered. I had always been told by dentists that I wasn't a candidate, but Dr Nayyar proved them wrong. I can now smile without putting a hand over my mouth and I can eat what I want without worrying. I can't say enough good things about Dr Nayyar, Dr Tehrani, Robyn, Tami, and all the staff. They have been terrific. They never made me feel like I was bothering them if I had a question or concern. If you're thinking about dental implants, go see them. When it comes to something like eye surgery or dental implants, you want the best not the cheapest. Imagix is definitely the best.

Amazing staff so sweet and accommodating! I showed up a whole week early for my appointment and they were able to fit me in still. Very efficient office you won't wait long at all.

*Ask and you shall receive* Imagix Dental stands true to this line. I had taken an online appointment at the Roswell location. The office tried calling me to reschedule my appointment being short staffed but I could not be reached. On reaching the location, I asked them to squeeze me into a slot as I was in discomfort and was going to travel for the next few days. Adele(Front desk fairy1) along with Dr Preetha Prasath & Nicole(front desk fairy 2), heard me out and asked me to patiently wait until they made sure about coverage for my possible treatment procedures. Empathetic, pragmatic and efficient are the right words to describe the staff here. Dr.Preetha Prasath spent time on me investigating my dental problems and gave solutions accordingly. I will definitely book my next appointment here as soon I am done seeing oral surgeon for extractions.

Wow. What an amazing experience! Dr. Ankit Patel gave me 5 completely painless fillings so fast I barely knew it was happening. Like 15 min in and out, seriously. Very cool, laid back and skilled! Then Julie Higley cleaned my teeth and taught me all about dental hygiene - she should be a professor - I always leave here learning something helpful. Love this office!
