Best root canal experience ever, had Four done previously with so much pain and discomfort. Dr Cohen was the best always kept asking me how I felt and explaining everything every step of the way and the follow up care by calling me personally the next day to see how I'm doing. Exceptional service but most importantly I didn't feel any PAIN during the procedure. I would highly recommend him.

Went for a cleaning. Tell me they couldn't do the cleaning because I'd have to pay for a deep clean first. That was a lie. On the way out the door the assistant told me a different story that since the Dr. talked to me for 30 minutes they weren't going to do the cleaning because they had other patients waiting.

I was very disappointed in Imagix. I have been a loyal and compliant client for several years. A few weeks ago I spoke to a receptionist and I told them I had a new insurance card - and gave her the new information over the phone. Called her back the next day. They still didn't haven't the insurance approved. Then I said ok, call me back she everything is straightened out - 2 weeks, no call. I called yesterday another receptionist who said that the last person i spoke to did not record my insurance changes, they never followed up and now there were no notes that they tried to get my insurance set up!!!!! I put up with all of their up charges every visit, but this is just an example of terrible client service and I think everyone can find a better place. **update** The practice manager was very good about addressing my issues.

I enjoyed my visit because the young lady at the front desk named Joanne did an amazing job she was so lovely helping me with some concerns I had. It was great. She had a lovely smile

Rico- First off words can't explain how much of a great job the dental staff did. Ms Lisa did such an excellent job on my braces. I wanted to surprise my daughter who also has them as well. When I smiled at her, the brightness on her face made me a very happy supportive dad. Thank you Lisa!

A fantastic dental office!! Made me feel very welcomed. Everyone in the office said hello to me! It is a great dental office for the entire family. What made Imagix so different from all the other dental office, complete honesty! The DDS explained all my options and what would be best for me. He was completely honest with me from the very beginning. He told me what he recommended, and I thanked him for it!!! The entire office was friendly, and helpful! If you want a full service dental office, go see Imagix in Norcross!!!

I have had some of the worst experiences at a dentist before, but Tonya made me feel so comfortable even though I was getting a deep clean done. Best dental hygienist I've ever been too.

I had a 7:00 am appointment. At 7:30, they took me back for x-rays. At 8:00, they told me they're too busy to do my cleaning so I'd have to come back. I of course will not be going back.

Best Dentist office we have been to in years. Took only two visits to transfer the entire family. They not only see six year Olds but the pediatric side is bright, and fun and small so that way kids are nit dealing with so many people at one time. My 17yr old son loves it because he can relate to the dentist.

I am so pleased with my experience at this dental office!! It is so wonderful to FINALLY be understood and appreciated by medical personnel! Imagix makes taking care of your teeth easy and fun! I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Dr. Keith and Ms. J. Davis both have proven to know and show their skills in dentistry. They both take the time to thoroughly explain each procedure, next steps, as well as give information using best practices. The office is also very professional.

I was looking for a new dentist for my family and I'm so glad I found Imagix. The entire staff is amazing, kind and super patient. We took our daughter for her first ever dentist appointment and they were awesome in caring for her. I've never been to a dentist office that actually takes so much pride in their patients. It was the first time I was explained in great detail what the course of action was for my cleaning and why that course of action was decided. I would recommend Imagix Dental any day to everyone I know.

I just left there my dds was James Keith. Heartless isn't even the word. Barbaric/Cruel seems to be a better fit. I'm never coming back here again. Please consider this when looking for a dental office. Just count them out.

Went there Friday morning and was beyond impressed and happy lobby is clean my dental tech I believe her name is Isabella was amazing and sweet and understanding and patient with my wheelchair the dentist dr James Keith ... funny sweet and listened to me ramble off topic about my teeth I have anxiety and I felt comfortable they gave me enough space but also was quick with my appointment

I had an excellent experience with this office. Dr. Keith is very informative and has a great chairside demeanor. The office staff is friendly and professional and the entire office woks together well. So glad I found this office
