Wife and I both had the same issue. Appointment scheduled for 8:30, sat in the chair for 30 minutes, got some x-rays, sat in the chair for 30 minutes, got a cleaning, sat in the chair for 45 minutes waiting to see the dentist before getting up and leaving out of frustration at 10:15 - 1 hour and 45 mins after my appointment. Luckily I got a cleaning, but no telling how long I would have had to stayed to see the dentist. Your customers have jobs, we don't have 1/2 days to hang out at the dentist office. I won't be coming back.

You will more than likely leave in pain because the dentist is more concerned about the DEA than the patients comfort. I've been begrudgingly coming to this dentist for years. Will only prescribe Tramadol for pain if will give any at all. Just had my tooth pulled at 12 and the novacaine stopped working at 1230. Went back to the office was told Kroger was not going to have my pain medicine in until 2 so I was going to suffer for nearly 2 hours. When I did get my pain medicine it was enough for one day. Every dentist I have been to has at least prescribed Vicodin for at least 4 days after pulling my teeth. Another complaint I have about this dentist is the prices. Was going to have my mouth done with all the work it needed. Got my first root canal and crown cost over 1200 with insurance. Was going to do the same this time until I found it was going to cost more than 1800. That is with insurance. I have called other dentist and was quoted 1000 or less out of pocket.

I needed to be seen unexpectedly; while not an emergency they accommodated me into their schedule to replace a filling I had lost. Very satisfied with all my visits. I have been a patient for three years.

Great service, and friendly staff. Love Susan:). They take their work seriously. My family have been going to Imagix Dental for years. Although they've changed management, the level of service is still on a very high level. Please give them a try.

Am having to have extensive dental work done over the coming months. I've seen their periodontist - jury's out on that one, so no written review on that aspect of care at this time, but is the reason for 4 vs 5 stars. I've seen Susan the hygienist for a deep cleaning - she was kindly, caring and made sure dentist had me numb enough to feel no pain from the care she had to give. Loved her. I've seen the dentist as well, he too was caring and as gentle as could be when giving the dreaded numbing injections (I'm a big OLD baby) and seemed to feel genuine remorse for any pain he knew was going to be unavoidable due to location of needed injections. For a dentist, he's great in my book, and maybe, just maybe I hate dentist's in general, a tiny bit less because of him. Everyone I encountered staff and support personnel, were very friendly and took time to listen to you - even when they were clearly very busy.

I was scheduled for a new patient exam even though I had been there before. 3 years passed and I was way overdue for a cleaning and a few fillings I understood the reasoning. However I sat in the chair for an hour and a half and only had x-rays completed which only took about 10 minutes. The rest of the time I was sitting in the chair waiting. Keep in mind I had to take off work to accommodate this appointment. The dentist came in and advised that they could complete my cleaning and I would have to come back for my fillings. But no, according to the hygienist she was too booked up to accommodate my cleaning so I got nothing done but X-rays after being here for an hour and a half. Completely ridiculous so I took my business elsewhere to an office that values my time. I will not be returning. I would advise this office to stop over booking their schedules to avoid situations like this. Red flag

2nd time coming for my 5 year-old's cleaning. The hygienist was AMAZING and explained everything to where he understood. The dentist was wonderful, gentle, and caring. He took the time to make jokes so my son would feel comfortable. Definitely recommend them.

Never like going to dentist before but now that I have been going to see dr Mittal he is absolutely is a wonderful dentist. Very patient and kind. I recommend if you need to see a dentist come and see him!

The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. Susan does my cleanings and she is the best, very experienced, gentle and friendly. They did a deep cleaning and a root canal as well and made sure I was not in pain throughout the procedure. Dr. Mittal is very kind and caring. Highly recommend!
