Love this office! Shout out to the Techs Edwin and Taylor. Very pleasant and personal. Dhara my hygienist is great very focused and precise. Dr Mila is the Best very through and friendly. I have to say all the qualities mention goes to all the staff and management. Everyone is professional and makes each visit a great experience. Thanks Imagix Dental in Johns Creek!

I had a great experience today. I went to check out some jaw pain, and the nurse and Dr. Prassath were extremely kind and actively listened to my concerns. I also had a cleaning done by Sima, who explained everything thoroughly and was very sweet through the whole process! Heavily recommend this clinic to everyone :)

Totally disappointed. They charged me $998.00 for a simple cleaning. (I paid almost $488 out of my pocket, after they deducted my insurance payment). My previous dentist, charged $39 dollars for the same procedure. (after insurance). I'm looking for an honest dentist, that prioritize patients over excessive profits. THIS IS NOT. BE CARFULL.

I moved here because my super awesome hygenist moved to this practice but nothing else here is awesome. I received particularly bad care from the periodontists who quoted an exorbitant price. Of course I got a second opinion elsewhere and I ended up getting care at a full service periodist (not a visiting one like here) for 25% of the price. After all that, I received a :final notice, that I owed for the periodontist services and never received the previous bills. What do you know a couple of weeks later, his bill came again from a collection agency!!! NEVER AGAIN. No longer a patient.

Worst dentist practice in the area. They lie and have you sign an agreement while you are literally sitting in the chair. This is the used car dealership of dental practices in the area. They are thieves!

I was new patient for my routine cleaning and check up. Apparently they stated I needed some deep cleaning that was additional $485.00. I ask could I just get the regular cleaning they stated no. Bad vibes and bad energy with the dentist and assistant that took my X-rays.

I'm not sure how this place gets any stars but check their Yelp reviews before risking your teeth to these people. Someone called me regarding my complaint and said they would reimburse the additional expense due to their blunder, then never did a thing about it. A year later and never heard back. Had a root canal done here and while the procedure itself went well (credit to the endodontist, not the staff), toward the end the endodontist said he would fill the hole he drilled with temporary material because that part of the procedure was not added to the treatment plan. He said usually he does that part as well. Of course I had no ability to ask questions or change courses at that point. The person who assisted him mumbled the whole time - I could not understand a word she said. Before starting the procedure she brought me a cost estimate showing my insurance would pay only $23 to which I said that is ridiculous, my monthly premium is more than that! So she left and came back with another estimate showing my insurance would pay $581. When I went to have the hole permanently filled by my dentist I had to pay $118 out of pocket. The insurance company said that should have been done as part of the root canal and is not covered as a separate procedure. So the administrative staff at this place is horrible and does not serve their clients well at all. In fact they are horrible. Beware.

Poor customer service and even threaten me to call the police. I've been going to this dental office since 2008 and have been treated so unprofessional today by the greeting I received when I took my daughter in to get her routine cleaning. I've had braces placed on my daughter, cleanings, crowns and gum surgery at this facility. I will never go back here again based on the rude treatment I received about a balance that I asked to discuss privately with the office manager. I was refused service today because I didn't want to discuss that with them until I had spoken to the office manager who was refiling my balance due to a claim that the insurance refuses to accept from notes and x-rays on a balance. Instead of treating me like a patient, this lady up front has no lost the business of both myself and my daughter. This office has gone way down in customer service and the treatment I received today was horrific they even threatened to call the police because I told this lady I wasn't going to discuss my payment with her. I was there to simply get my daughter teeth clean and I would deal with the office manager who is aware of my balance.

Chi-Chi has been my dentist for over 15 years. She's the best in her field because she's passionate about what she does. I recommend any and everyone to go to Chi-Chi for your dental cleaning needs!
