We have been coming here for about 8 years. They are so friendly every time we come here. Happy to help with any and all questions. Wait time is short. They are fast and don't have any complaints. Kids like that they have movies to watch while checking their teeth. And the kids waiting room is full for entertaining games.

I am a bit torn about this review. I would give a 2.5 if I could. We are a military family and had just arrived to the area. My sons previous dentist recommended he have his wisdom teeth removed so we came here for that. They comped the dental images because our previous dentist gave us a paper copy of X-rays. I told them I could reschedule until they sent over a digital image because our appointment was on Saturday. They were kind and the doctor said he wouldn't charge for the images. So, we get to the images and they do in-fact need to be removed. They offered to do them right there and then with general anesthesia or reschedule at another facility if my son wanted to be put under. My son said he was ready to get them out so we agreed, paid and waited understandably because it was not scheduled. It really wasn't long of a wait maybe 45 min. When it came time for the procedure is where my bad review started. My son is 16 and is quite tough but this procedure was brutal. The doctor was frustrated but kept composure because he was having to guide his assistant through the procedure and the water wasn't working, then the suction wasn't working. The assistant needed tools and had to walk out two times and was trying to work the ear piece to call for tools up to the front but it was not working. They had to re numb my son because he was still having feeling. I felt awful for my son. They took about an hour and a half to remove 2 wisdom teeth. I feel bad because I know the assistant was trying her best and the doctor was trying to have patience. I just wish it wasn't on such a big procedure and of course not my child. I just felt they were a little unprepared and unorganized. Again the assistant was very sweet and kind and was trying her best. The doctor was very patient and professional and apologized for it taking so long and being a bit unorganized. I know once they work together longer and get their flow on track they will be amazing. I just wish it would have been on track when my son had his procedure done. I know if it was a routine cleaning and work they would be great because they were kind, dentist kind and patient. The area was very kid friendly and clean. This is why I am torn with my rating but it is a fair rating.
