The assistant is kinda rough while working on my teeth. We requested for toothbrush so i can clean my teeth while the wires are off but nobody pay attention to our request. I had the same experienced from my last visit previously emailed the office about my observation. Never heard from anyone at all. My twin brother is lucky because he was given a toothbrush and was able to clean his teeth.

It's too bad that when you find yourself in the situation where you have no choice but reschedule your appointment due to things that come up in life they reschedule you 2-3 months after... when I know my child needs to be checking in with his treatment. Then they reschedule me to a later appointment at 9am and two days before the appointment then they say that out of no where the appointment is at 10am I called their office to ask why the sudden change and they have no idea but if I want I can reschedule it again 2 months later!! Today is October 19 the last time my son was seen by this office was back in June!

Terri and Lilian had great customer service and very helpful throughout my visit. The assistants Mari and Laura with Dr. Wong were great. Walk me through the appointment and explain to me what's my process and what was expected from through my next appointment. Oh let's not forget about Maria Celeste De Los Angeles Gutierrez Garcia. Great treatment coordinator representative. She knows what she's doing. Great office, I am pleased!

Came in for a Invisalign consolation and left with scheduling it. The service here was fantastic. From the receptionist, x-ray, payment coordinator, and doctor everyone was excellent. Super friendly and welcoming and professional. Everything is onsite and super easy to get scans and x-rays. The prices here were competitive and they had better payment options then other places. They had an option to use credit card instead of applying for loan payment plan which would have done a credit check. I'm super happy with this option. Everyone here made me feel comfortable/not pressured. Excited to start Invisalign here with a supporting office

Good experience. I was guided through the entire process with 3D models of what my current teeth look like to the final result that it would look like after. Image Orthodontics is clean and they do a COVID screening before appointments. Overall satisfied on how they explained the process to me and offered me different options to straighten my teeth.

Dr. Wong was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He gave me helpful advice for TMJ pain I was dealing with and didn't try and "upsell" me into getting orthodontic work done. He seemed really trustworthy and I appreciated how he took the time to really explain things, even in a free consultation. Would definitely refer and recommend them!
