She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.She obtained her first dental degree from China Medical University, where she practiced general dentistry for 14 years. She also earned her PhD of dental science in China before she received her postdoctoral research fellow training at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. He is an active member of American Dental Association (ADA), Pennsylvania Dental Association, and Philadelphia Dental Society. She also has been taking continuing education courses to update her skills and broaden her knowledge of dentistry. Her goal is to provide utmost comfort, highest quality of care and most current treatment options for her patients.

The best dental practice! I needed a root canal and Dr. He was able to get it done quickly and painlessly. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I trust her and I can't recommend her enough!

My family have been seeing Dr. He for more than five years here. We are grateful for her keeping our teeth in good shape. We have had regular and deep cleaning, filling, extraction and alignment to great satisfaction. The staff and specialists are also very nice and professional. Impressed with the precaution they have had since COVID. Highly recommend!

The most competent dentist ive gone to.Professional,clean precise. Fixed a cavity another dentist couldn't.She has a gentle tecnique where you don't even feel the needle go in...Best dentist ive ever had.
