For the past 15 years, Dr. Elkhateeb has been providing excellent dental services to his patients in Maryland, DC, and Northern Viginia. Dr. Elkhateeb recently opened this brand new state-of-the- art dental facility in Burtonsville, MD to fulfill the growing needs of his patients and to provide exceptional and compassionate dental care in a warm and relaxing atmosphere .
Dr. Elkhateeb received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Dalhousie University School of Dentistry, Halifax, NS, Completed a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and a Fellowship in the American Dental Implant Association.Dr. Elkhateeb has completed advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, endodontics, invisalign, implants, and periodontal therapy.
In recognition of providing outstanding Clinical Care to his patients, Dr. Elkhateeb was awarded the National QUEST Award for Excellence in Service and Teamwork. Dr. Elkhateeb is an active Member and Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Maryland State Dental Association, and Virginia State Dental Association.

This Dental care is full of poor service . the doctor is unprofessional he is mony mind . before you start the service he try to be nice ones you starting to get service he give you exaggeration advice and try to stealing you mony & try to make more business from you. he doesn't care about you health only focusing the mony . the service is Worst i was there to cleaning my teeth the doctor is unprofessional he is not doing his job probably. they suddenly change the agreement and offer you other option middle of service and try to charge you extra mony. plus they give you long appointment i am not recommended this dental care .

The Indian young lady ,so rude, she ask me to leave because I don't want a Gingivitis solution for $150, I asked my prior Dentist if I needed it,and he stated I do not need it. They trying to rip me off.

Nice office, welcoming staff and dentist, most thorough cleaning. Dentist explained everything in details and showed my teeth using digital pictures. Lovely. I will be back for all my dental needs.

Entire staff is always welcoming and very professional, Dentist is very gentle and thorough. I have been going to them for many years and always get a great service. Highly recommended.

Scheduled my appointment a month in advance and gave them my insurance information on the phone. When I took the morning off and showed up for the appointment they told me that they don't take my insurance and I am not allowed to pay out of pocket. A huge waste of time. The front office is highly incompetent, please choose somewhere else.

I don't even know where to start. I walked into this office because I was in so much pain and the front desk lady took my name and date of birth and searched for my insurance. I was shocked that she found it and squeezed me in. The dentist eventually saw me and I must say the way he greeted and treated me was the absolute best. i am now at the pharmacy waiting on my medicine with a follow up appointment.

I love this place. Everyone is amazing. Staff and doctors are very welcoming. Staff explained everything in details. Dentist is honest and down to earth. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Complete waste of time. The staff don't understand the insurance they accept. Even had the insurance company call them but they didn't accept the insurance company's explanation. Come to find out the dentist makes up arbitrary rules. I'll just take it as synchronicity helping me avoid a bad experience. My insurance did help me find a new dentist, thank goodness.

His staff (Evelyn) was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone. I'm a new patient and I will never come back. They kept me from telling the doctor about the horrible call (Nov. 16th 12:35pm) because if he heard the recording he would fire her immediately.

I absolutely love Image Dental Care, I have been coming here for the past five years and every time I felt welcomed and cared for. Image Dental Care is so lovely. The staff who greeted me on the phone is always so pleasant, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to help me figure out my insurance and set up an appointment. On the day of my appointment, walking in, the place is always clean, modern, and everyone seemed so happy to be there. I had no wait time, my cleaning went beyond my expectations, and the doctor was personable and quick to see me. Honestly, every single person I encountered there is so easy to talk to, I always feel like I am talking to people I knew my whole life. Image Dental Care is the place to go if you, like me, want the consistency of going to a place you can trust, with people who care to establish a personable relationship with their patients.

In the past I have had a poor experience (A dentist claimed I had 10 cavities, but two other dentists denied this) with a dentist before my visit here, so I was skeptical. Initially after a basic cleaning and exam, I was told I had two cavities and about 7 other fillings that needed to be replaced because they were metal and metal doesn't last. My original family dentist that did the metal fillings has said that metal fillings don't need to be replaced. I told the dentist about my past experience and he seamed reasonable. My plan was to go through with the first visit and wait on the others. I went ahead and then found out that all but two were new cavities according to him not replacements. (I wouldn't be surprised if I mixed this up in the original visit) It has been at least three weeks and I still have pain. So I went to second dentist; they said I didn't have any cavities, and confirmed that my metal fillings did not need to be replaced.

This is one of the nicest and most helpful dentist I've ever met! I was nervous at first but he was so nice and gentle while working on my teeth. He explained everything to me till I understood everything and even showed me pictures of my problem areas!! His office is also very nice and clean, he has such smoothing videos/music on the tvs during your visit that it helps calm you down. I can't wait to come back :)

Amazing service! Front desk are so kind and welcoming. The dentist is so kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely care for your teeth!! I always feel very comfortable going to Image Dental Care. It's truly the best.

I took all three of my kids for regular check and cleaning. They had a great experience. The nurses there was very helpful towards myself and situating my kids in the different rooms to see the doctor.. Beautiful atmosphere as well. Dr E was very gentle and knowledgeable when treating my kids and explaining everything to me. I recommend 10 out of 10. I will be there in 6 months for their next check up
