Kids Pediatric dentistry has dedicated itself to the children and parents they serve as well as to the communities. iKids philanthropic style has set the stage since their winter opening in 2009. From partnering with Disney and the American Heart Association, to creating partners in education with the local school districts, to sponsoring cities, and communities, iKids wholeheartedly believes that everyone can make a difference in this world.

An example of different ways iKids contributes is providing Tooth Fairy presentations and dental presentations for schools, head start programs, day cares, apartment after school programs and hospital events. iKids has donated to Mission Arlington for free dentistry. We have donated toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste to orphanages, churches, and Operation Christmas Child. We have also put on fundraising events for Cook Childrens, Toys for Tots, and the Burleson Fire and Police Department.

The entire team at iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is fully committed to all the communities we serve. Please contact our event manager if you would like us to attend your next event. We will even bring the tooth fairy with us!

I children have been going here for 2 years. Went in today and there are a lot of new faces with friendly staff. I haven't had any bad experiences. However, todays staff provided exceptional services. My girls loves their visit!

Terrible place! We changed to this office due to insurance change and the other amazing pediatric dentist in town we went to for years was out of network. The appointment was made because of a cavity and his left lower molar causing him pain. They took X-rays and set up an appointment in June- and worked on a different tooth. Came back this month and it was a disaster. They again were not planning to work on the tooth which I made the initial appointment for, so I asked them to change it and fix it that day instead of a tooth that's not causing him pain. They agreed, but it was obvious it was an inconvenience for them. But, I stuck to it bc my son is in pain and this is the 3rd visit that was about to happen without fixing the initial reason I even came here. My son is 6, they wouldn't let me take my 1 yr old back at all. The office manager told me if he didn't cooperate alone they would come get me and my oldest son (12)would watch my 1 yr old in the waiting room. I specifically told her i didn't want them to not treat him because of lack of cooperation being by himself. She assured me they would come get me and try with me if he didn't cooperate before they decide not to do the work. A few minutes later the dental hygienist came to get me and didn't say much except all my kids could come and we were going to another room. I was confused because no one came back to tell me anything after they took my son back, but followed her. Sat in an office and waited for another lady who I haven't spoke to walk in. She never introduced herself and said "ok, so sedation" while looking at her computer. (I found a picture of this no name lady in the photos and attached it) Being confused because no one came to get me I started asking what is going on, and she said he wasn't cooperating to get a blood pressure check. I explained they never came to get me and I told them that would happen bc he was by himself. She proceeded to tell me that they work with kids every day and me being back there would not have made a difference...like she knows my child?! I explained I was very frustrated and that the office manager said that they would come get me, but no one ever did. Of course, she went to lunch and was unable to be reached at this time. The no name lady then proceeded to tell me they had other patients and wouldn't even try with me there and I could go somewhere else. She also told me based on his notes from the last visit, they wanted to do sedation. So I asked her if she was not going to try with me being with him and basing her decision on the last visit notes, why did they even schedule this visit because it was a waste of time....again she told me I could go somewhere else. For an office that works with kids all the time, they should know a 6 year old who isn't familiar with the place or people is probably not going to cooperate by himself in a room while having drills going inside his mouth and gas strapped to his face. This place is a joke. A complete waste of time. I have never been to a dentist office that was so rude and flat out lied. The whole experience was unprofessional. 0 stars if I could. Update 8/9/22- no name individual in my review called me this morning and introduced herself as Jesse a dental hygienist. She told me they saw my review and said she knows I was mad and she was the messenger and to remove her picture that was already posted of her online in reviews. No apology for the unprofessional manner of which she delivered the message and no outreach by anyone in leadership for the unprofessional behavior of this office. My review was posted with accurate details of my experience and do not intend to remove the photo that has been online in reviews unless required.

My 6 year old needed a cap & I love that they will try with laughing gas vs recommending general Anesthesia . I've had a bad experience with other pediatric dentists but the dentist and dental assistant were so patient and kind when she was nervous during the procedure! I'd highly recommend to my friends and family!

My daughter has been going here for the last year. She's special needs with a lot of anxiety about the dentist and they have been fantastic with her. She's allowing them to do exams, cleanings, xrays etc. 1.5 years ago she would not walk in the door. the office is welcoming and clean and the staff is great. would definetely recommend iKids waxahachie.

They have anesthesia capability which is ideal for kids who can't tolerate cleanings, but the staff seemed disorganized the day I went in and as my first visit I didnt know what to expect so things seemed disjointed and I felt rushed with impatience while I was in the middle of doing the online forms which I didnt have time to do the night before even though it wasn't very busy there. I brought another adult to help my kid and they were a bit short with us not allowing them back to help like we were supposed to know that. Didnt seem like the staff communicated well with each other as I got a call after the appointment with more confusion. Then the dentist merely brushed my sons teeth rather than doing x-rays or cleaning.

I've been taking my daughter here less than a year and we already love it! At first my daughter was frightened (mostly due to the fact she was 6 months old when the pandemic hit so she missed out on a lot of social settings/situations) but by our 3rd visit she felt comfortable enough to be herself! Every single staff member has been so patient and kind to us every time we've visited. No complaints here! My daughter is to a point now where she asks to come to iKids! We appreciate y'all so much!

We had a great experience with IKids dental. We are able to get an appointment quickly. All paperwork was sent electronically and completed before the appointment. When we arrived the check in process was quick. They were very patient and caring when cleaning my 2 year olds teeth. They made sure to answer any questions and set the next appointment before leaving. Appointment time was 8:30 and we were done by 9:05.

Not at all like the Mansfield office. No flexibility or consideration for their patients. I will not be going back here again. All parents try to do the best they can for their kids within their circumstances but single parents carry double the weight on their own so as a pediatric dentist I wouldn't expect such a disconnection from the patients you serve.

They are always the sweetest! With both my kiddos it's always the same hygienist and she's amazing! A different dentist every time but I've never had a bad experience.

The hygienist and dentist herself were both very friendly. My young boy was very scared to have six teeth removed but they were completely understanding and comforted him the entire time. They did not mind me being close to him and holding his hand when he got extremely scared. They were amazing to work with and we're very informative on what they were doing.
