Kids Pediatric dentistry has dedicated itself to the children and parents they serve as well as to the communities. iKids philanthropic style has set the stage since their winter opening in 2009. From partnering with Disney and the American Heart Association, to creating partners in education with the local school districts, to sponsoring cities, and communities, iKids wholeheartedly believes that everyone can make a difference in this world.
An example of different ways iKids contributes is providing Tooth Fairy presentations and dental presentations for schools, head start programs, day cares, apartment after school programs and hospital events. iKids has donated to Mission Arlington for free dentistry. We have donated toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste to orphanages, churches, and Operation Christmas Child. We have also put on fundraising events for Cook Childrens, Toys for Tots, and the Burleson Fire and Police Department.

Dr. Randy Hamilton is a native Texan and loves the Lone-Star State. Exceptionally skilled in the field of pediatric and adolescent dentistry, Dr. Hamilton received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with honors. During his residency at Sheppard Air Force Base, he became highly proficient in surgery, anesthesia, and certified in IV sedation. He finished his residency at the top of his class.
Dr. Ross Hamilton graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University with a degree in biology. He went on to complete his dental education back home in Texas at the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Ross continues to increase his knowledge through continuing education courses, and is certified in oral conscious sedation and laser dentistry.
As a father himself, Dr. Ross understands that your children are your most precious asset. His goal is to provide high quality care and a great experience for his patients. With a focus on preventive care, he wants parents to understand all of their options for their childrens oral health. Dr. Ross is a member of the ADA, TDA, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society.

I am happy with this dental clinic. The office staff is friendly and the dental staff is great with kids. Dr Mark is very kind and thorough with his explanations. He has made time for us on short notice a couple times and really seems to care about his patients.

The doctor is amazing. The 1 dental hygienist is great. Literally they only have 1 person and 3 front chairs. Unfortunately the 5 office staff are unprofessional. They have inappropriate conversations within hearing of patients. They could get up and clean the office or dental area since the phone maybe rang 2 times we were there. I walked over floss on the ground and sat in a dirty bench thay was falling apart. Very disappointed in the office appearance. Falling apart and looks cheap. The blared the movies while we were there and 1 TV was broke and made a awful sound the whole time. We loved the Mansfield location but this office is an embarrassment to the company. I pray they make lots of changes to make it up to par with the iKids name. As a medical professional myself I was very disappointed and disgusted with the majority of staff. Thank God the hygienist and doctor are superior or that office would be shut down.

Absolutely love everyone at this dentist office! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Plus Dr. Mark saved the day when my three year old broke off her front tooth. All-around amazing service. Would recommend to anyone!

Started bringing my kids here just recently and we loved everything. From the beautiful place to the lovely staff all so friendly and helpful, i love how Dr. Walsh explains every move he does with the kids always so friendly! 100% recommend!

iKids in Tyler was a great experience. The staff as well as the dentist were very kind to my daughter. They had it decorated really neat for Halloween and we even got to vote for our favorite decorated pumpkin. She wants to go back again already! We will be coming here in the future for both our children's dentistry needs.

We do EVERYTHING in Longview now but I will still make the drive to Tyler bc they are so amazing with kids! I have never found anyone else that can make kids the age of mine feel comfortable and they are so patient with my littles!!!

I have found that no matter what I pay (copay/detectible) after insurance verification I still get a substantial bill from iKids after any services performed for what insurance denied to pay. I don't understand why this isn't confirmed w insurance in the first place. Todays appt for 2 kids, no fluoride, no X-rays, took 2 hours. Not that blown away by iKids this time.

My son, Ethan, does not like going to the dentist. IKids Pediatric Dentistry is a Godsend. From the first visit, the dentist and hygienist were able to adapt to my son's anxiety and help him overcome it. Sad to say, but my son is 12 and had been to a dental provider once before we found this place. IKids Pediatric was able to get my son happy and motivated to brush his teeth. My son does not numb easily and they were able to complete work in the office setting that other providers would have referred my son out for. My son has a VERY bad gag reflex and they were able to extract a tooth, fill a tooth and clean his teeth. They were SO VERY patient with him. My son actually hugged the dentist when the work was completed. It has been about 5 hours now and my son has no pain and is happy. These professionals are a blessing and they CAN and will meet your child's needs if you are open with them about your child's fears.

We absolutely love Dr. Walsh and his team here at ikids. My youngest baby was scared but the team and Dr. Walsh made sure to make her comfortable and explained everything to her, even included demonstrations so she would be more comfortable. My oldest needed to get a princess crown put on and the same with her, everything was explained and demonstrated. Dr. Walsh took the time to answer any questions I had and even made it a point to check on my sweet girl the day after the crown was put on, mind you they are not open on Saturdays and her crown was put in on Friday. He figured she was doing good because of how great she did Friday but still wanted to check on her. I could not ask for a better dentist for my girls. Best patient care EVER!!! Thank you Dr. Walsh to you and your amazing team!!

My daughter and son both had their teeth cleaned yesterday and the whole staff at iKids was great. My daughter also had to have some teeth pulled while we were there. Dr. Walsh and the dental assistant were amazing. They explained what was happening and this helped my daughter calm . Great dental experience for everyone. Thank you very much.
