Kids Pediatric dentistry has dedicated itself to the children and parents they serve as well as to the communities. iKids philanthropic style has set the stage since their winter opening in 2009. From partnering with Disney and the American Heart Association, to creating partners in education with the local school districts, to sponsoring cities, and communities, iKids wholeheartedly believes that everyone can make a difference in this world.

An example of different ways iKids contributes is providing Tooth Fairy presentations and dental presentations for schools, head start programs, day cares, apartment after school programs and hospital events. iKids has donated to Mission Arlington for free dentistry. We have donated toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste to orphanages, churches, and Operation Christmas Child. We have also put on fundraising events for Cook Childrens, Toys for Tots, and the Burleson Fire and Police Department.

The entire team at iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is fully committed to all the communities we serve. Please contact our event manager if you would like us to attend your next event. We will even bring the tooth fairy with us!

Really great experience. Friendly, polite, and professional dentists. Very sweet and kind to kids. Very proficient and fast. Love this dentistry. My kids love this compared to all the other dentists they have been to before.

Giving two stars because of the sweet hygienists who loved on my kids well! The front office staff is super difficult to work with. Multiple times they've tried to charge me more than what I should owe with my benefits. When I told them the most recent time, they argued with me, only to double check and admit that I was right. Then I told them that I was tired of the back and forth and I wanted to cancel my appointment and go with a contracted provider. The girl on the phone yelled at me. I repeated myself kindly that I didn't want to keep our appointment and she hung up on me. Not worth it! I'm going to find a contracted family dentist that will treat us with kindness like adults

I was 15 minutes late. Front desk lady was very rude. She said i had to reschedule. I'll just schedule at a different dentist that works with there patients. Have more professional front desk.

If i could give this office zero stars i would. We were referred here by another dentist office because they offer sedation. the consultation was horrible, the office staff was rude and did not obtain X-rays from the referring dentist so we had to do those again . they were supposed to schedule my daughter for sedation and call me 2 weeks before the appointment and i never received a call, i then called to cancel the appointment because i found another dentist and THEY NEVER EVEN PUT HER ON THE SCHEDULE! we will never be returning

I've been here with my two small children several times and I've been charged differently every one of those times. The hygienists and doctors seem fine but the front desk personnel is a different story. I confirmed my most recent appointment via text, email, AND over the phone so why on earth did I get two additional calls for confirmation AND they called my husband when I did not answer the 4th call! Just ridiculous. Also I feel like it's common courtesy to let a parent know when a young child is going to have XRays done with a routine cleaning. I understand these are necessary on occasion and I don't really have a problem with them, what I do have a problem with is not being told BEFORE they are done. Every appointment I've had a new issue with place and I'm done. I am currently looking for a new office to take my children, one in which the front office cares more about their patients not just looking to see what they could bill to insurance.

Patient behavior should not be graded, even in internal communication, as that sets a precedent of judging rather than empathy. Instead of defining behavior as "whining", write "understandably overwhelmed at a new experience". The dentist literally looked in my kids' mouths for less than 40 seconds (I timed it). My son has a chipped tooth and both kids grind like crazy, and it WAS NEVER MENTIONED. What kind of dentist takes such little care and lacks the ability to communicate? The actual dentist never even introduced himself to me, the parent. Who was he? No idea. We will not be returning.

Will not be coming back here again.. every time we come, we have to wait over an hour from the appointment time to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous! Unacceptable.

I can't express how much I love ikids dentistry. The dentist are Amazing!!!! And Juan is the sweetest most caring person I think I have met. He truly cares about the patients who come in and their parents. My son has some struggles when it comes to appointments and Juan as well as the other ikid staff members have always been sooo patient and kind. I would give more than five stars if it was an option. Highly recommend ikids for all your children's dental needs!

Not sure what prompted the staff change but I've had two encounters where the front office was rude, so after 15 years I won't be taking my kids back.

The male doctor was kind of rude and instantly scared my son instead of being patient with him and did not perform the work needed to repair my sons tooth. I had to reschedule for another day with a different doctor. The girl at the front desk was not very pleasant and refused to listen to my concerns about the forms that were text to me not working. Finally, someone else (a male) was able to help with that by getting paper forms (which my info has always been the same over the years). The whole experience was terrible and a complete waste of a half of day which I had to take my son out of school for. We've been going there for years and it's unfortunate that my son can not see the same doctor at every visit. If the service is the same when we return in a couple weeks, it will be our last visit there and I will find a new dentist that is more caring.

I went there for over a year and I was not totally unhappy at first. They make appointments for you and never ask or inform you until you get a text message. The final straw for me was they said my young son had a cavity and we made an appointment to fill it. They scared him so bad and had no idea how to deal with kids. I almost did not get him back to a different dentist. The new dentist informed me there was NO CAVITY. So I would never go here again.
