Kids Pediatric dentistry has dedicated itself to the children and parents they serve as well as to the communities. iKids philanthropic style has set the stage since their winter opening in 2009. From partnering with Disney and the American Heart Association, to creating partners in education with the local school districts, to sponsoring cities, and communities, iKids wholeheartedly believes that everyone can make a difference in this world.
An example of different ways iKids contributes is providing Tooth Fairy presentations and dental presentations for schools, head start programs, day cares, apartment after school programs and hospital events. iKids has donated to Mission Arlington for free dentistry. We have donated toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste to orphanages, churches, and Operation Christmas Child. We have also put on fundraising events for Cook Childrens, Toys for Tots, and the Burleson Fire and Police Department.
The entire team at iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is fully committed to all the communities we serve. Please contact our event manager if you would like us to attend your next event. We will even bring the tooth fairy with us!
Dr. Randy Hamilton is a native Texan and loves the Lone-Star State. Exceptionally skilled in the field of pediatric and adolescent dentistry, Dr. Hamilton received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with honors. During his residency at Sheppard Air Force Base, he became highly proficient in surgery, anesthesia, and certified in IV sedation. He finished his residency at the top of his class.
Dr. Ross Hamilton graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University with a degree in biology. He went on to complete his dental education back home in Texas at the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Ross continues to increase his knowledge through continuing education courses, and is certified in oral conscious sedation and laser dentistry.
As a father himself, Dr. Ross understands that your children are your most precious asset. His goal is to provide high quality care and a great experience for his patients. With a focus on preventive care, he wants parents to understand all of their options for their childrens oral health. Dr. Ross is a member of the ADA, TDA, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society.

The staff and Doctor were amazing! They were polite and very thorough when I brought my little girl in for surgery. The best part was the kindness and gentle way they had with our 4 year old. Thank you all so much!

Been coming here for years with both kids we have had several issues form them "accidentally cracking " my daughters tooth during a procedure on a different tooth and telling me after the fact by letting me know that they fixed it for free and today my son was turned away for service after we drove an hr to get here and arrived 3 mins after checkin time

It is a cute little office, all of the ladies are very nice, and the doctor is very sweet as well! They were quick and easy with all three of my kids, which in itself isn't easy! They made my sons dental procedure quick, painless, we were in and out within like 45 minutes. I also wanted to show up an hour early and they accommodated me! They're wonderful!

The worst customer service and illegal billing practices. Billed my insurance for services that were never supposed to be performed and the claim was rejected. In turn, this office is trying to bill me. We relocated and now I can't seem to get anyone to address the issue. My husband is Active Duty Army and were trying to avoid this going to collections and messing up his security clearance. This office doesn't seem to care to fix their mistake. I've called on at least five different occasions and was told that someone would call back each time. I have NEVER received a follow-up call. Called a few weeks ago to get dental records released. Completed and sent release form as instructed, but records were never released. When I arrived to my kid's appointment today, they informed me that the records were never received. I called iKids and was told that they were never sent, but they would send them today. This type of service is causing a delay in treatment. I would never use this office again! Please, if you're military in the area...BEWARE!

I was treated well from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The staff is very friendly. Have been taking my kids here for a couple of years. I am glad i change dentist office when i did .. My sons were well taken care of by all the staff, front staff to the back staff. Loved how friendly the assistant Whitney is. Jo, Stephanie and Dr Shreya did a great job.

Never helpful. Will not do treatment on the same day even if you have an emergency visit set up. Front desk is not helpful and they do not have an office manager. Very unprofessional.

I have been a patient at this same office for 10 years and unfortunately they are under new management and the staff has turned very rude. I was 2 minutes late so they could not see my child. Before we had a grace period of 15 minutes due to new staff they changed the grace period which I was never told. I asked the front office why I was not informed they said they don't know. I took off work to bring her. I work at the hospital on Covid unit so it is not easy for me to get a day off. I asked Loraina a Question she immediately rolled her eyes and answered me with a attitude. After 10 years I will be finding a new dentist office. I'm very sad cause I like consistency but will not accept horrible customer service
