Dr. Alex Gruenberg earned his doctorate at the internationally renown New York University College of dentistry. He uses a patient-centric approach to dentistry, where he treats the person and not just their mouth. Dr. Gruenberg believes that building rapport through interpersonal relationships is key to achieving painless and successful treatment outcomes. Dr. Gruenbergs focus is in cosmetic dentistry, where he mastered the art of porcelain veneers, crowns, bridges, and dentures. He believes that the patient should be able to walk out of the clinic with an improved smile from day one. Dr. Gruenberg achieves this by using some of the most technologically advanced materials and techniques, Dr. Gruenberg is an implant specialist. He works with his patients to give them the best smile at affordable prices.
Dr. Loor, originally from Ecuador, has lived in South Florida for 26 years. He attended Miami Dade College for his undergraduate degree and New York University College of Dentistry for his doctorate. Dr. Loor sees a similarity in architecture and dentistry. He perceives dentists as architects of the mouth. Dr. Loor believes that the modern dentist must be a master of both art and science. The demands of cosmetic dentistry require an artists touch for optimal appearance of a patients smile. In addition, with all the advances in new adhesives and tooth-colored bonding materials, the dentist must have a scientific understanding of the underlying gum and tooth structure. Dr. Loor loves what he does and provides his patients with loving care. He is a member of the Florida Dental Association, The International Association of Orthodontics (IAO), and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Loor enjoys spending time with his family. In his free time Dr. Loor enjoys being outside, cars, and painting. He also, believes in giving back to the community. Each year he volunteers his time and expertise to help people who need treatment but cannot afford it.
Dr. Ailema Bayola knew from a young age that dentistry was the career she wanted to pursue. Dr. Bayola believes her passion and artistic talent coupled with a love for science, are the key ingredients that make her an accomplished Dentist.
It is her prime goal to alleviate suffering in her patients and help create beautiful smiles for them. Dr. Bayola is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and is working towards becoming a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Bayola attended The University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
During Dental School, Dr. Bayola became interested in Dental Implants. She excels at all facets of dentistry from surgery to routine dentistry. Dr. Bayola enjoys the aesthetics of dentistry. In addition to her formal training, Dr. Bayola is enthusiastic about pursuing continuing education. She believes it is important to keep current with evolving techniques and materials to provide state-of-the-art treatment options for her patients.
Dr. Yosvany Vento has always had the desire to help others; this desire led him to the practice of dentistry. Dr. Vento grew up in Miami, he assisted a family Dentist as a young man. After graduating with a Doctor in Dental Surgery Degree (DDS), Dr. Vento continued his education in the field of Prosthodontics a 4 year advanced specialty training dedicated to aesthetic, reconstructive, and surgical placement of dental implants at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Vento became a Clinical Assistant Professor. Dr. Vento has been practicing for 15 years.
Seeing his patients receive the smile they deserve motivates him. Dr.Vento is a member of the Academy Of Osseointegration, AmericanAcademy Of Implant Dentistry, Academy of Prosthodontics, and theFlorida Dental Association. Dr. Vento is married and has 2 beautiful cats. During his free time, Dr. Vento enjoys music, traveling, fishing and computer technology.

Recently moved to the West Palm area and after reading the positive reviews decided to give idental a try. Best cleaning I've had in South Florida. I believe her name was Paulette, she was great! Explained the entire process and did a thorough cleaning without any pain! Already made my appointment for my next 6 month cleanup.

I was very pleased about my experience at the dental office. I met new staff and had a hygienist who was a fill in but she gave me the best cleaning I have had in years. Receptionist and office manager Ashley, answered all my questions about my new insurance. I left the office with peace of mind about my dental health.

I had with a big surprise, great experience with iDental excellent dental work. Many of my friends went out of the country for dental care saying that they saved lots of money. I tried iDental with some skepticism, but when the doctor give me the estimate I was very surprised. I had to give them a shot. I needed a major work and I was happy with the process and the care I received until the completion of the denture work. This was a wonderful experience with a local dentist. No need to fly anywhere and when I need a small adjustment I would call and get a quick appointment without the need to call many times and get the best service around the corner. Lots of my friends now have gone to iDental and they are very happy and grateful to me for suggesting this dentist. I'm very glad to have made this decision and I will recommend to all my friends. Also the medical staff at this place are very caring and supportive. I'm very picky on my dental, I'm eating and I need good teeth for that, everyone needs good teeth that's why you want the best dentist for your good life.

To begin with my first appointment which was several weeks out was canceled a few days before that appointment. I came again on the new schedule date and upon filling out paperwork found a page that said if I was 15 minutes late or no I would be rescheduled and if I was a no-show or canceled within less more than 24 less than 24 hours there would be a $50 charge. Okay that's fine. But when I waited for an 11:00 appointment for 40 minutes and still not called I call that arrogance and nothing makes me angrier than when I bring my business to your location to buy services from you and you don't treat me on time or explain why you're running late and just leave me hanging you're not the dentist for me. Also the website is very well done I was pretty certain that I dental could assess and perform any and all of the very extensive work that I needed however the office and waiting room was tiny and not representative of the organization that I thought I would be finding based on how well the website was done

worse service ever , been going here for two years just cleanings, went in 7 months for cleaning no one told me l had a cavity came back in 6 month for another cleaning told l had a cavity , went to new doctor because of bad hygienist , now because they did not tell me about cavity 7 month ago l will be losting my tooth cavity too old to fix ,DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

First let me apologize I was trying to type my appreciation about idental and I don't know if it went out there to you or if I just lost what I was writing. anyway yes I would recommend this office to anyone who's looking for a good dentist . we have been with them for 2 years and never have had a problem, the office staff is wonderful, the office manager Mia is great, the office is beautiful and clean. I love their restroom lol. and the doctor is the sweetest sweetest man you will ever meet. so again if you're looking for a dentist I would recommend idental to anyone who asks me about a dental office. thank you everyone

My experience with the staff was delightful it was the best experience ever in a Dentist office ever. The staff made me fill like I was in a five star Dental office. The clean and beautiful offices and even the restroom. Everyone was friendly even the Dentist. Thank you for such an experience.

Dr. Broggi is the BEST Dentist. My Dentist of 20yrs retired and I was skeptical, scared and nervous to select another Dentist. I'm scary when it comes to pain, he eased my fears. Before I could brace myself to get a wisdom tooth extracted, it was out and done. No pain nor pressure, I didn't feel a thing. I wanted to cry and give him a hug for taking care of me. Words cannot express how I felt and the gratitude. Dr. Broggi is top-notch. I can reside anywhere in the U.S. and if dental work is needed, I want hesitate to make an appointment with him. That how serious I'm about staying with an awesome Dentist that I trust and don't feel any pain. Thank you again Dr. Broggi Also, the front desk staff is awesome, friendly, has great customer service.

The staff was nice but otherwise terrible, waited for 1+hr, saw the dentist for 6minutes, and handed a bill and told they were too busy to help me fix my cracked tooth. But they sure had enough time to submit their claim to my insurance company ! Just awful, and still haven't gotten a call back to schedule an appointment. Save your money for someone who actually appreciates it. I waited this long on purpose to see if they would actually help, it's been 2 weeks almost. Terrible.

Had emergency broken tooth. The ladies of idental west palm came to my rescue. Dr. Bayola and her staff saved the tooth and made me comfortable during the root canal procedure. Way to go ladies
