Natalia Silva, DDS, is an award-winning general dentist specializing in cosmetic dentistry at Ideal Smiles of Stamford, in Stamford, Connecticut. She focuses on keeping her patients comfortable while correcting dental issues, to transform their smiles into something ideal, bright and beautiful. She believes that improving patients smiles through a well planned and pain-free cosmetic approach will have a tremendous impact on their overall appearance and self-confidence.
Dr. Silva grew up in Stamford, Connecticut. Her longtime dream was to one day return home and open a dental practice. Her passion for the arts, perfection, science and a desire to work with people led to her choice of a career in dentistry where all of these passions are combined. She has had a successful career in this last decade of practicing dentistry. Dr. Silva is using her artistic talents applying them to the science of dentistry as she creates beauty by transforming the smiles of patients into timeless works of art. Dr. Silvas extensive education enables her to implement the latest dental technologies and techniques to achieve the best possible results.
Her latest degree is in full mouth rehabilitation from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry. She learned advanced techniques to restore compromised smiles to fully functional and beautiful smiles.
Previous to that, she completed a two-year surgical program at NYU College of Dentistry in Implantology, which lead her to receive a fellowship award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologist. She also earned her postdoctoral training in advanced education in general dentistry at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Silva received the high honors and achieved clinical excellence plaque awards in the restorative and prosthodontics from Howard University College of dentistry. She finished strong by receiving perfect scores on the Northeastern Regional Board Exam.
Dr. Silva has been privileged to work with and learn from the best dental professionals and is now able to use this knowledge in treating her patients. By committing herself to excellence and perfection, Dr. Silva is a diligent, knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional with a personalized approach to every patients needs. She genuinely cares about her patients beauty, health and wellbeing.
Dr. Silva constantly strives for improving her clinical skills and keeping up with rapidly evolving dental technologies and techniques by attending various continuing education courses and seminars well beyond the minimally required by the State. She has a vast experience in cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, Botox, implantology, bone grafting, Invisalign the clear braces alternative, laser dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation cases as well as basic crown and bridge, tooth colored fillings, porcelain inlays and onlays, extractions and periodontal treatments. Her services include Lumineers, veneers, Zirconia, standard implants, mini implants, snoring and sleep apnea appliances. Last year, Dr. Silva received the Top Dentists Award in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Outside the dental office, Dr. Silva enjoys spending time with her husband and her two baby boys. In her spare time, Dr. Silva enjoys trying out new restaurants, travelling, watching movies, gardening and learning phrases of other foreign languages.

Dr. Silva is an excellent dentist as well as extremely nice and very sincere. I am glad I found her amongst all the dentists that are generally very business like and very mediocre on what they do. She takes insurance and her charges are very reasonable. I recommend her if some one asked me for a dentist

Dr Silva is the best dentist I have experienced. She is caring, honest about the recommended treatment plan and is extremely knowledgeable. The staff is extremely professional and show a level of concern not typically present in most dental offices. The office is beautiful, bright and spotless. The office has all the latest technology and equipment. I was seen on time and Dr Silva made my feel comfortable and at ease.

I visited Dr. Natalia Silva for my teeth cleaning. Pros: 1. Place was very nice and clean and above all strictly followed COVID-19 norms and requirements. 2. Staff was very nice and kind. 3. Dr. Silva is very patient. Did a thorough cleaning. Checked my teeth and gums health/condition basis x-ray and pics. Provided next steps basis priority. Entire process was extremely smooth and relaxing. 4. Office staff walked me through the insurance plan for next steps. Cons: None :) I have already scheduled my next cleaning session with Dr. Silva. Would definitely recommend to others. Updated- On 5/7 I had my second cleaning visit. It was as good as the previous one. Great staff, excellent setup, nice and clean and safe. I have already scheduled appointments for my long due dental procedures. Would definitely recommend others as well. Visited today, 9/9 again for my cleaning. It was good as always.

Dr Silva and all the staff are excellent. They make going to the dentist easy and comfortable. Whenever the visit entails more than the standard cleaning they make sure it is clear and understandable from both a dentistry and insurance standpoint. Highly recommend

Not very professional!!. I came to do the annual dental cleaning (7-24-2022) that my dental insurance does cover and they wanted to charge me for a "special dental cleaning" WITHOUT checking my teeth and gums before. They just assumed I needed it without doing a previous examination. So when visiting this office, make sure they perform a detail inspection of your teeth conditions and that what they call "special dental cleaning" is covered by your insurance. This is the type of business that the dental health of their patients is not as important as the money they can make.

The staff at this dental office is very pleasant and friendly. I took my son there while taking advantage of a coupon we received in the mail, and they didn't try to exaggerate the problems found to sell us a more expensive treatment. The place is clean and beautiful, too.

Love Dr. Silva so much! No other dentist has ever made me feel so comfortable, plus her waiting room is cozy not sterile, there are TVs on the ceiling to watch during cleanings, a water/coffee bar and the entire staff is friendly to the point you forget you're at the dentist. Highly recommend!

Great office, very clean and quick to be seen from appointment start time. The dental hygienist doing the cleaning was very thorough and does an amazing job and Dr.Silva is an awesome dentist.
