For over 20 years, Dr. Yaser Nasif has been practicing dentistry in multiple countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Syria and 7 years in the United States. Back in 2000, he graduated from Damascus University School of Dentistry where he completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Lutheran Medical Center. He also has his diploma in implant dentistry from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association. To this day, he continues his education and training every six months.
Dr. Nasif provides general dentistry and is big on dental implants to reach his goal of being able to put a smile on patients faces. One day, he would like to build up a great network of dental offices in the Richmond, Virginia, area and neighborhoods.
With over 16 years of experience working with children and adults to promote healthy dental habits, Dr. Alrababas mission is to provide comprehensive dental services to all patients in an environment that is safe, reassuringly pleasant and comfortable.
Dr. Alrababa provides quality dentistry for her patients with a broad range of skills in emergency and trauma dentistry, dentures, crowns, bridges, veneers, endodontics (root canals), extractions, Invisalign clear aligners and aesthetic dentistry. She works closely with her patients to create a life-long dental care plan that encourages daily attention to dental health and promotes healthy teeth and gums.
Dr. Alrababa completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency from NYU Langone Health and continuously seeks out training and professional development opportunities that allow her to remain aware and knowledgeable about new dental practices and the latest technology to provide the best care possible for her patients.

Have had a lot of work done at Ideal Smile. I am extremely happy with the service I get here! The staff is courteous, professional, and Dr. Elkhatib is absolutely amazing! Definitely coming back!

I called 9:30 am because I was having excruciating pains they set my appointment for 2pm. They got me in and out no wait I couldn't be happier

So let me start by saying although I have never saw the same dentist twice here ( which is super weird as if my last denist has just disappeared) , I don't have issues with service provided overall BUT I am someone who appreciates appointment times and vaules vaules other's time as equally as my own . Yesterday my appt. was for 11 , however myself included there were a few others who were waiting for an hour at minimum before we were at least sent to the back, where for me perosnally I waited an additional 30 minutes before being seen. Oddly enough, which again I can't blame on staff but, they were unable to finish my filling due to bleeding so I had to come back today. I thought maybe the ridiculous wait time obviously due to a short staff was a one time thing but it was not. Again today I waited an additional 45 mins past my appt time before finally being sat in the back to wait again . I would have rather had someone call me and try to reschedule if that would have helped then for 2 days this week to have spent my only free time child and husband free at the denist office waitng for them to get it together This has also happend to husband to the point he quit coming here last year but I stayed. At this point I will be trying to find another place but being on medicaid I am starting to feel none of these places are going to be that great compared to when I had private insurance but at least maybe I can find a place who has a better handle on how things are ran regarding this issue.

I do not know how to express my thanks and gratitude to the doctor ALAA ALRABAB and doctor Mustafa for providing me with service and medical advice at a professional level and with very high professional ethics that exceeded expectations. My meeting with this elite deserved to travel 3 hours to visit the dental clinic.

Very rude behavior. They scheduled me for cleaning two months ago. When I took leave from my job and came to my appointment, they refused to give me service. Although they had already scheduled me two months ago but They said we cannot accept new paitions. I am not sure why but they just wasted my time, hold me waiting for two months and then they canceled my appointment.

This office is a mess starting with the manager. 3 young girls were working there and were so helpful and nice. It's suspicious how even the doctor alrababa left. Very unprofessional people working there now. Would not waste my time here. They don't know anything. They don't accept patients is it because nobody wants to work there

Dr. Alaa did a crown prep today for me. She was so great and gentle! I didn't experience any pain. If you need dental work please go see her!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Ideal Smile is one of very few dentist practices in the area that accepts Medicaid. There is one female dentist and you know she is truly in this profession to help people. One of the most genuine providers I've ever met. This group truly seeks to provide effective dental care to those who may not otherwise receive it. As a physician assistant student on Medicaid, it has been very difficult to find dental care until I was told of Ideal Smile. They are very busy for these reasons, and you may have to wait, but it is worth the wait for the care they provide. We need more people like this in health care and the world!

The first time I was to Ideal smile I was greated with keep and understanding staff that cared about me needs. I was pleased to know that they had the skills to fix my insecurities I will recommend this location to everyone in know Thank you to the staff for giving me my ideal smile

Because I came here less then twenty minutes late to my apt ( I have a one year old daughter I had to take to her Greag Grandma that's doing chemo treatments & I told the that) my apt was 8:30 it's now 10:24 & I'm still sitting here waiting to be treated. I'm so angry I'm ready to cry & leave. EDIT: ended up leaving got a call at 11 just because I needed a longer procedure then the other two people that came in after me dosnt mean I should have to wait this time specifically because of my babysitter today & them knowing. I won't be coming back BUT I DO WANT TO SAY THE MAN HAS MY RESPECT, I came in here before & he even gave me a free XRAY that's why it's 3 stars & I'm done with here.. The lady today is that places downfall. I see from other reviews too. Sorry I will no longer go here anymore GOOODBYE.

I would definitely recommend Ideal Smile. Every dentist I have seen there was extremely nice. They explained things to me and were very gentle. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

The staff was very friendly, the office was clean, and covid 19 safety guidelines were being followed( masks, social distancing) I really appreciate that the dentist explained everything to me in detail before beginning my procedure. She also made me feel at ease about asking questions or stopping if I needed a break or felt any discomfort.

I recently had to go in to get my teeth checked out for the first time in a while due to tooth pain. They were able to fit me in quickly. Ended up needed a root canal and wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Alaa Alrababa listened to my needs and addressed them quickly. She was so gentle and sweet through out the entire procedure, without any judgement. She made sure I was always comfortable and most importantly not in pain. She gave me a new look on going to the dentist. The entire staff is super friendly and I'm glad I made Ideal smile my permanent dental office.

Best dental office I've ever been to. Very gentle dentists that are very experienced. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. I had to have a difficult procedure and it was amazing how smooth it went and how compassionate the dentist was during. The dental assistant is amazing as well and knows what she is doing along with being very nice everytime. Definitly recommend to people that have had bad experiences and anyone else who wants the best experience possible.
