As a patient of 10 years I needed to reschedule my appointment for first time ever due to a sinus infection. When I called and spoke with Sandy the day before I was treated rather harshly and told the next available appointment was 4 months out and that they are just too busy to fit me in before that time unless they get a cancellation. When I asked if it was ok to get this one treatment performed elsewhere due to the 4 month timeframe she said sure and hung up. Not the professional treatment I expected and 60 days have past and apparently no cancellations.

I have always has really good teeth and just because I hadn't been to the dentist in a year and a half since I went to them as a new place, they decided to do a deep cleaning without telling me and I only found out about it after they sent me a bill for it and even then they would not tell me exactly what that charge was for - my new dentist had to tell me when I showed them the bill. I did not need this deep cleaning. They also told me a I needed a whole bunch of fillings which did not seem right to me to so never went back and went to a new dentist. The new dentist looked at the same x-rays that Maureen took and said I only needed a small replacement of an old filling and other than that my teeth were great! Also, Maureen and her assistant kept telling me that I need to fix my teeth; "you're such a pretty girl, you need to fix your teeth". So patronizing. I am 40 and they treated me like I was 21 just because I look young. Also, do I only need to get my teeth fixed because I am "so pretty"? People that are not "so pretty" don't need to fix their teeth? No dentist has ever done this to me. They usually tell me how good my teeth are. Stay away unless you are ok with getting ripped off and lied to. Good thing I have had experience with other dentists so I could recognize that she and her entire staff are full of it.

Dr. Georgy and staff are the best! Everyone including the front staff are so kind and considerate! Dr. Georgy is such a perfectionist and took her time to make sure everything was perfect! I believe other cosmetic dentists would have just done what was quickest and easiest. She took the route that was more work, time, and cost for her to make sure everything was just right for me! Couldn't ask for a better Doctor or staff!

Dr. Georgy changed my smile and made me learn to LOVE smiling again! She is aggressive enough when she needs to be but she can definitely be conservative if that is what you desire/need. I love this office and Dr Georgy!!

I booked an appointment prior to Covid-19 rightly so it was cancelled. About 2 or 3 weeks ago I got a voicemail from them requesting to get me back on the schedule. Two days later I called them back and left a message expecting to get a return call. 3 or so days passed but no one called me back to schedule an appointment. So I went online to their website to schedule an appointment. It has been 2 or 3 days since I submitted my online request and still no response. It is obvious they are not looking to acquire new patients or grow their practice. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

The hygienist did a great job my teeth really clean and the office was very clean also going back next week for a crown.
