Dr. Olson has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in Peoria and Sun City, AZ for over 30 years. He was born in Rapid City, South Dakota and he is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry.
Dr. Olsons ongoing commitment to continuing education enables him to provide the highest quality dentistry for his patients. His recent studies include implant restoration, conscious sedation, and attending PAC~live, which is one of dentistrys premier live patient, hands-on continuing education programs in the United States.
Dr. Olson is a respected member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Central Arizona Dental Society, Westside Dental Study Club and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Jody was born in Rockford, Illinois and grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin, before moving with her family to Mission Viejo, CA in 1979.After graduating from high school in 1980, Jody worked as a dental assistant for 7 years prior to becoming a dental hygienist. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
Jody is the proud mother of three children. She has a 19 and a 21 year old son, and a 16 year old daughter. Jody and her three children and chocolate lab, Sophie, moved to Arizona in 2009 from Irvine, CA to be closer to Jodys parents and her identical twin sister. One of the things that Jody enjoys most is spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys working out at the gym and living life to its fullest!
Kelly has worked for Dr. Olson for over thirty years as a dental assistant. She is originally from Montana and she moved to Arizona in 1978. She enjoys bicycling, running, gourmet cooking, and singing professionally in her church choir.

I have been a patient at least 5 years at Ideal Dentistry & I would definitely recommend them. Dr Olsen does a wonderful job with any dental work needed done in a gentle way. He has shown me he IS a denist that cares. The dental hygienist Jody is very good at compassionately caring for patients teeth & gums. She never has icky paste in her cleanings either- it's great! Tracy at the front desk is so kind and does a professional job with billing. I would check them out if you need new dentental care.

I first met Dr. Olson and his friendly expert staff three years ago when they took me in for a second opinion on an exam from another "dentist". Of course, as I suspected, there were no cavities. Dr. Olson gave his second opinion free of charge and wrote a letter about his findings. This told me that I want this man to maintain my teeth. Cleanings and X-rays very reasonable that even this poor soul could afford it. Jody, the Hygienist. She has a gentle touch and she really checks to make sure that all crud is gone.. The other day, my old front tooth crown fell out. I called Tracie and they saw me that day so I didn't look goofy for any time at all. They fitted me for a new tooth for good price. Dr. Olson and Kelly, his assistant, skillfully put in the tooth and it looks way better than it ever has. Just like a natural tooth and fixed the other teeth to match. I'm so happy about the way I look now. I did need to come back for a touch up on a ruff edge, but they took me in immediately and fixed it. That is why I wanted to let everyone know about this dentist and the way they take care of their people. If you want good dentistry at a fair price, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Olson and his staff.

I like Dr. Olson and his staff a lot. Everyone is so positive and they seem to enjoy their jobs a lot. I was very impressed with how gentle Dr. Olson was when he gave me an injection to numb me before he starting drilling into one of my teeth. I hardly felt a thing, which is great in my case because I hate needles and injections.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. Dr Olson is very caring and compassionate. He understood my anxiety and is always calming and gentle and puts me at ease. Now I go to the dentist regularly and have no problem going. His staff is knowledgable and also very comforting. I will not go anywhere else.
