Dr. Curley grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. She played basketball and ran track for all four years of high school, and she recently completed her first half marathon this year. Dr. Curley attended the University of Louisville for her undergraduate degree in Biology, and later graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry in 2015. During her tenure at Louisville, she was a member of several prestigious organizations, including: the Louisville Student Dental Association Executive Board, the Student Convention Planning Committee, the Phi Kappa Phi National All University Honor Society, the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics, the American Association of Women Dentists, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society.
I have been in the dental field since the mid 80s, the majority of these years as dental hygienist. I have learned so much from so many and especially how important it is on educating people about their own dental care. It has been an amazing and rewarding journey. I love spending time with my family and friends. I love people and animals. I enjoy cooking, crafting and growing plants. God has blessed me in so many ways; to him I give all the Glory.
I have been in dentistry since the early 90s as dental hygienist. I truly enjoy the relationships I have built with all my patients. That has been a very rewarding part of my life. I have 5 amazing children and we enjoy the outdoors, boating fishing and hunting. God has blessed me with the sweetest husband who absolutely adores me and the best friend I could ask for.
I have been a Dental Hygienist for 26 years. More than half of that time has been spent right here at Ideal Dentistry. In recent years our practice has experienced tremendous growth, and I consider it an honor to work with such an amazing group dental professionals who are also friends. I take pride in providing gentle yet thorough dental cleanings and educating my patients about their dental health needs. I cherish the relationships that have been made with my patients and coworkers over the years. I am also a wife, and a mother. Our beautifully blended family has been together for 18 years. Family dinners, mother/daughter shopping trips, camping and being anywhere on the water are a few of my favorite things.
Kim has been a dental assistant for 21 years and has been with the practice for that long. She enjoys spending time out in nature and with family. Kim strives to make your dental visit as pleasant as possible using her experience in dentistry to make that happen.
Carrie has been a dental assistant since 1999. Originally from Memphis TN, she and her husband moved to Panama City Beach in July of 2021 from Boulder, Colorado. Patient experience is her priority and she strives to make each patient feel comfortable in the office.
Alli has been in dental field since 2006 where she found her passion for dental Health education and patient care. With most of her dental assisting experience centered around pediatrics she loves making first time dental visits memorable in a great way! Having grown up in Panama City, she and her family enjoying being out on the water and fishing any change they get.
Krystal has been working in Dental since 2017 starting out as Dental Assistant and now has moved to a Business Assistant. She says the best part about her job is helping people in the community and surrounding areas love their smiles again and gain self-confidence. Krystal loves meeting new patients, hearing their stories, and getting to know them as more than just patients. In her free time, Krystal enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, riding side-by-sides, going to concerts and traveling. Whenever she gets a chance she loves a good road trip with her children those are the times she cherishes the most. She also enjoys going to the beach and soaking up the Florida sun as much as she can.
She enjoys working in the dental field mostly because she loves the interactions with patients, as well as her teammates & building rapport with them. She appreciates our dentists and how much they care about each and every patient. Outside of work, She loves time with her family, being active, getting outdoors, beach time and traveling. Sandra was born in Miami and grew up in Panama City. She also lived in Colorado for 17 years and she is so happy to be back in Florida with her family.

I dread going to the dentist, however Janet and Dr. Curley make the experience as tolerable as possible. I am so grateful for their patience and skills! Great office atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Curley is absolutely, hands down the best dentist in Bay County! She takes care of my entire family. When we come in to the office, it's like visiting with old friends. Her staff always remembers all of us. In emergencies, they are quick to get you in and if referrals are needed, quick to get you to other great professionals. She explains everything and really cares about her patients. 5 stars just doesn't do her and her staff justice.

Amazing office and staff! Adele and Allison at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming when you enter the office. Janet is the best hygienist I've ever seen. She is very thorough and explains everything she is going to do. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Dr Curley is absolutely precious! She visited with me and got to know me as a person not just her patient. My This office truly feels like a family. They care about their patients and want to get to know them. I can't say enough about my visit.

It was my first time at this office and I was very impressed. The staff was very welcoming, the office and equipment was very clean and organized. I had little to no wait time and was able to do all of my medical history and new patient paperwork on line prior to the appointment. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. She took her time and knowing I'm not a fan of teeth, she made sure I was comfortable and ok every step of the way. The dentist herself, again very knowledgeable and welcoming. Gave me options on what I can do to help my teeth instead of just telling me. Very happy I decided to go there. Five stars all the way around!

The team at Ideal Dentistry always provides me excellent dental care, even with having to deal with the COVID pandemic. They insure that the facility is cleaned at all times, limit the number of patients allowed in the waiting room, and provide a separate exit for patients leaving the building. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dental office!
