Dr. Mehdi Adili received his Doctoral of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Georgetown University in 1989. He then completed one-year training in Advanced Restorative and Temporomandibular Disorders Treatments (TMJ) at the Georgetown University. He earned his Prosthodontics (reconstructive dentistry) specialty degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1992. Dr. Adili was able to maintain a high quality private practice during his three-year residency and specialty programs.
As a specialist in prosthodontics, and with more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Adili uses the art and science of his specialty to restore even the most challenging cosmetic problems into beautiful smiles. He is devoted to create excellence in all phases of patient care. To ensure his patients of the highest quality of care possible, Dr. Adili continuously pursues advanced courses in dentistry, especially in the areas of cosmetic, restorative and implant reconstructive dentistry.
Dr. Saman Sepahi received his Doctoral of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2008 from the Karolinska Institute located in Stockholm, Sweden. He began his career working at private practice in Sweden from 2008-2010. In 2009 he dedicated his time to help start the organization Dentists Without Borders. As the financial advisor for the organization, Dr. Sepahi and his team were successful in setting up projects in various countries throughout Africa, such as Zimbabwe.
In 2010, Dr. Sepahi made the decision to move to the United States to pursue further education. He completed a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in 2012, at Nova Southeastern University located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During the course of his postdoctoral program, Dr.Sepahi had the opportunity to provide oral health care to the medically compromised and physically handicapped. He has extensive training and experience in dental surgery of simple and complex extractions, full mouth reconstructions, aesthetic dentistry, dentures, and teeth whitening.
Dr. Roseman graduated from University College Cork dental school in Cork, Ireland in 2015. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) certificate at Howard University in Washington, DC in 2018. Dr. Roseman also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in German studies from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. While an undergraduate at Emory, Dr. Roseman coordinated a volunteer trip with the organization VIDA to Costa Rica for her pre-dental society working in an impoverished area of Puntarenas.
Her research projects over the years have focused on public perception of facial asymmetry, evolutionary changes in facial morphology, and esthetically correcting fluorosis. Dr. Roseman has special interests in endodontics, Invisalign, and esthetics. She is passionate about achieving the best possible smile for each patient and staying up to date on the latest technology and techniques.
A native of the Chicago area, Dr. Roseman loves Chicago sports teams and watching college football. In her spare time she competes in both indoor and beach volleyball leagues in DC, loves trying new restaurants, and enjoys traveling.
Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Dr. Spiegelman attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in microbiology and immunology with minors in chemistry and economics. Dr. Spiegelman earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2019 from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, Dr. Spiegelman relocated to Virginia with his fianc, who is serving as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force, and started his career treating the underserved community of Virginia. Now working at Ideal Dental Solutions, Dr. Spiegelman is excited to provide outstanding care and comprehensive treatment to patients in the DMV area.
Dr. Spiegelmans focus is on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, with an emphasis on esthetics and prioritizing the comprehensive dental health of his patients. He offers a wide array of dental procedures and tailors his treatment plans to both the needs and desires of his patients. Treatments that he offers, such as veneers, crowns, Invisalign, and whitening, allows him to give many patients a beautiful smile they have always dreamed of. Patient comfort and satisfaction is of utmost importance, and he is always looking to provide the best experience possible at every visit.
Dr Spiegelman has always had a great interest in health and fitness. He loves to cook and find the best restaurants in town with his fianc. He likes to listen to dance music and is a big football and basketball fan.
Kaveh Sanatjou graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2000 with his AAS in Dental Hygiene. He enjoys teaching our patients how to care for their mouth so they can have a healthy gum and brighter smile. He is a native Washingtonian, currently resides in the Tysons Corner area, and has been with Ideal Dental Solutions for 17 years. Kaveh has two children. Kavehs main interests include hiking, staying fit, traveling and keeping busy with his family. Kaveh is also an avid Washington area sports fan.
Fozia Mohamed graduated from Pacific University Oregon in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Health Science. During her time at Pacific University, she played important roles in my community and the dental field, serving as an ambassador, and inter-professional student senate representative. Fozias gentle and caring approach to dentistry is appreciated by all who meet her. She is committed to ensuring that every part of your dental visit is relaxing and enjoyable, and she takes the time to understand your needs so she can meet them with excellence. When not helping her patients obtain their healthy and winning smiles, she spends time with family and friends. She is also avid traveler and adventure seeker.
Cinthia is one of the skilled and knowledgeable dental hygienist at Ideal Dental Solutions. She began working in the dental field in 2005 as a dental assistant then continued her education at Northern Virginia Community College, VA. Cinthia graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2009, she is dedicated and professional with an excellent work ethic. Cinthia is very passionate about helping people and understands the importance of their oral health. She enjoys spending time with her family and values quality time with her son Santiago.

Have been coming here for a decade. The facility is clean and modern. The Dentists are all top notch and the hygienists are fantastic. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

They will not let you get another opinion. Asked numerous times for my x-rays. They said they will email them but never did. They would lie to me that they were going to send it in 5 minutes and I would wait but never receive them. After I kept sending emails to them, still no replies from them.

I had a cleaning scheduled on 06/23/21 just to find out the dental assistant that does the cleanings was not available until 08/04/21. Waiting time was pretty terrible. The dentist suggested that I get a crown on one tooth. I went to a new dentist and he did not suggest the crown. They have continue to call me for an appointment to do the crown when I specifically told them I am moving out of the area and will call them for an appointment.

I waited to get a number of procedures with Dr. Adili before reviewing. I also saw a few other dentists in the area before picking his practice. And of course I read many reviews, both for Dr. Adili and for other potential practices. It struck me that many of the glowing reviews for other dentists go like this: "I had a cleaning with Dr. So and so and it was great. Five stars". Well, sure, but start getting into crowns, implants, complex procedures, and you begin seeing complaints. Why would that be? For a number of reasons, some related to the quality of care, some not. When you need crowns and implants and other dental work you already have a problematic dental situation in your mouth. There is going to be some pain involved. Some teeth are already weak. Some previous work is failing. And, like with everything else in life, you get what you pay for. So take reviews with a grain of salt. Onto my personal experience with Dr. Adili so far: I am very pleased to have found him. I got the first step of an implant (post?), as well as some bone build up (if I get out of this review to google the exact terms I might have to start typing again, so this should suffice). I love to research things to death on ADA, pubmed, and in general, so I expected pain. I had minimal discomfort and really, no pain. This is simply amazing, especially since I've had root canals elsewhere that hurt more. Separately, I got a crown that fits.. well, like a glove? Like a perfect crown. Dr. Adili is masterful, he has a firm but gentle touch, and knows exactly what he's doing. There is no bumbling with instruments like in other places I visited. There is no effort to sell you unverified theories. I appreciated a lot being brought along the way, so to speak, as he was performing the implant surgery (the tooth is out, roots look good, now I'm putting the final stitches... so you don't just sit there for hours, mouth agape, not knowing what's going on). He takes pride in his work and wants you to have a long lasting, functioning product. His staff is pleasant and professional. I can't express how much I appreciate getting the reminders for my appointments, text, email... I'm busy and it is really effective. His staff were onto me like a loving grandma to take my antibiotics and mouth rinse before the surgery - email, phone call, pharmacy check. Cost: for the polished, high tech office they have, the convenient location and the good parking, I was nervous that costs would be inflated. They are not. I compared prices and did my research, and so should any patient, and I believe costs are within a reasonable range for good dental care. Covid: very well organized flow of patients, I take Covid very seriously and I was never uneasy taking off my mask during the treatment. I will continue going to Ideal Dentist and will take my family there too.

I have been with ideal Dental Solution since 2010. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I receive. The staff is very friendly and the office is very hygienic. Also, Dr. Adili is very talented and provides above and beyond services. I highly recommend!!!

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Canceled my appointment within 24 hours instead of 48 because of covid and they charged me a $30 fee?! That's absurd. And then threatened to send this fee (again only $30) to a collection agency, even though they don't accept my insurance anymore? Awful customer service and obviously I will not be recommending this practice to anyone

I had a great cleaning visit with Kaveh one the best Hygienist, he is very experienced and does a wonderful job every time. ......Then, Dr. Adili and his wonderful team are definitely one of the best in the area!!!
