Dr. Mehdi Adili received his Doctoral of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Georgetown University in 1989. He then completed one-year training in Advanced Restorative and Temporomandibular Disorders Treatments (TMJ) at the Georgetown University. He earned his Prosthodontics (reconstructive dentistry) specialty degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1992. Dr. Adili was able to maintain a high quality private practice during his three-year residency and specialty programs.
As a specialist in prosthodontics, and with more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Adili uses the art and science of his specialty to restore even the most challenging cosmetic problems into beautiful smiles. He is devoted to create excellence in all phases of patient care. To ensure his patients of the highest quality of care possible, Dr. Adili continuously pursues advanced courses in dentistry, especially in the areas of cosmetic, restorative and implant reconstructive dentistry.
Dr. Saman Sepahi received his Doctoral of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2008 from the Karolinska Institute located in Stockholm, Sweden. He began his career working at private practice in Sweden from 2008-2010. In 2009 he dedicated his time to help start the organization Dentists Without Borders. As the financial advisor for the organization, Dr. Sepahi and his team were successful in setting up projects in various countries throughout Africa, such as Zimbabwe.
In 2010, Dr. Sepahi made the decision to move to the United States to pursue further education. He completed a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in 2012, at Nova Southeastern University located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During the course of his postdoctoral program, Dr.Sepahi had the opportunity to provide oral health care to the medically compromised and physically handicapped. He has extensive training and experience in dental surgery of simple and complex extractions, full mouth reconstructions, aesthetic dentistry, dentures, and teeth whitening.
Dr. Roseman graduated from University College Cork dental school in Cork, Ireland in 2015. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) certificate at Howard University in Washington, DC in 2018. Dr. Roseman also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in German studies from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. While an undergraduate at Emory, Dr. Roseman coordinated a volunteer trip with the organization VIDA to Costa Rica for her pre-dental society working in an impoverished area of Puntarenas.
Her research projects over the years have focused on public perception of facial asymmetry, evolutionary changes in facial morphology, and esthetically correcting fluorosis. Dr. Roseman has special interests in endodontics, Invisalign, and esthetics. She is passionate about achieving the best possible smile for each patient and staying up to date on the latest technology and techniques.
A native of the Chicago area, Dr. Roseman loves Chicago sports teams and watching college football. In her spare time she competes in both indoor and beach volleyball leagues in DC, loves trying new restaurants, and enjoys traveling.
Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Dr. Spiegelman attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in microbiology and immunology with minors in chemistry and economics. Dr. Spiegelman earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2019 from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, Dr. Spiegelman relocated to Virginia with his fianc, who is serving as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force, and started his career treating the underserved community of Virginia. Now working at Ideal Dental Solutions, Dr. Spiegelman is excited to provide outstanding care and comprehensive treatment to patients in the DMV area.
Dr. Spiegelmans focus is on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, with an emphasis on esthetics and prioritizing the comprehensive dental health of his patients. He offers a wide array of dental procedures and tailors his treatment plans to both the needs and desires of his patients. Treatments that he offers, such as veneers, crowns, Invisalign, and whitening, allows him to give many patients a beautiful smile they have always dreamed of. Dr Spiegelman has always had a great interest in health and fitness. He loves to cook and find the best restaurants in town with his fianc. He likes to listen to dance music and is a big football and basketball fan.
Kaveh Sanatjou graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2000 with his AAS in Dental Hygiene. He enjoys teaching our patients how to care for their mouth so they can have a healthy gum and brighter smile. He is a native Washingtonian, currently resides in the Tysons Corner area, and has been with Ideal Dental Solutions for 17 years. Kaveh has two children. Kavehs main interests include hiking, staying fit, traveling and keeping busy with his family. Kaveh is also an avid Washington area sports fan.
Fozia Mohamed graduated from Pacific University Oregon in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Health Science. During her time at Pacific University, she played important roles in my community and the dental field, serving as an ambassador, and inter-professional student senate representative. Fozias gentle and caring approach to dentistry is appreciated by all who meet her. She is committed to ensuring that every part of your dental visit is relaxing and enjoyable, and she takes the time to understand your needs so she can meet them with excellence. When not helping her patients obtain their healthy and winning smiles, she spends time with family and friends. She is also avid traveler and adventure seeker.
Cinthia is one of the skilled and knowledgeable dental hygienist at Ideal Dental Solutions. She began working in the dental field in 2005 as a dental assistant then continued her education at Northern Virginia Community College, VA. Cinthia graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2009, she is dedicated and professional with an excellent work ethic. Cinthia is very passionate about helping people and understands the importance of their oral health. She enjoys spending time with her family and values quality time with her son Santiago.
