They were going to charge me around an extra $500 for something I didn't need!!!they gave me 2 different quotes on the same day! just because I kept asking a lot of questions they then realized that I didn't need all that work done!

I"ve been going here since 2017 and this last visit was the worst. I like Dr. Pham and Dr. Pan, but after they both previously told me that I don't need x-rays at every visit, I was refused service for not wanting x-rays after I had them taken at my last visit in April. They claim their policy is to now require x-rays at every visit and there are no exceptions (probably because they make $ for each x-ray taken). Ideal Dental is also always quick to tell me that I need several fillings (for stains that I've had for 10+ years...so I always refuse the fillings), sends tons of annoying emails and texts about how much money I have available to spend on my insurance, and at every visit they will push expensive extras like flouride treatments, mouth guards (that you can buy for a fraction of the price on Amazon), teeth whitening, etc. If you want a family practice that truly cares about their patients, Ideal Dental is not the place for you. If you're looking to test the limits of your insurance while having your wallet emptied at the same time, Ideal Dental might be perfect for you. Sadly, it seems Ideal Dental is not unlike most of the dental practices here in Dallas. They all seem to be corporate owned and hyper focused on profits. Good luck in your search for a dental provider that cares more about you than what's in your wallet.

They were very quick to see us and all of the staff were friendly and professional. They were patient and kind when dealing with my 6 year old and the dentist anticipated and answered all of my questions. Really put me at ease. Thank you!

Would not honor the special offer for first time visit although I met all criteria. Prices are substantially higher than other dental offices nearby. Will not return.

Everyone from the scheduling the appointment on the phone, to the hygienist, and the dentist was polite and courteous. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. The dentist was empathetic to my concerns. Everything went very smoothly.

Going to the dentist is never fun. But Dr Pham & staff really make you feel like you are their favorite patient. They are truly wonderful.

The staff was absolutely incredible! I've always been terrified of the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable and not judged. The doctor was extremely gentle and I really couldn't have had a better experience at this location!!!!

Dr. Pham is very knowledgeable, professional and really cares about his patients. He took his time at explaining my diagnosis after looking at my X-rays we discussed my treatment and went over my options. Lien the hygienist is AMAZING! She's super friendly and was very gentle at cleaning my teeth. I've been coming here for a couple of years and they're the best! The staff in general are all so welcoming!!

Friendly & efficient cleaning, identified a problem tooth & provided financing options to make scheduling the procedure with less financial worry. Update 8/05/22: LeeAnn did a super job for my cleaning today. She's very gentle but thorough. I'll ask for her for my next 6-month cleaning.

My child went to see the orthodontist yesterday. Waited an entire hour after her appointment time to even be called back. Then the tech was changing wires and bands and said ok I'm done your good to go. We get in the car and she looks in the mirror and realized the tech forgot to put bands on one entire side of her top teeth. I understand they are busy but they should only schedule the amount of patients that they have the staff to be able to professionally handle.
