Do not visit, they will take you money. They don't go with your dental insurance claim. Be careful. They even don't care to return your calls. They keep sending you invoices. I don't understand how the insurance companies trust this office. Trust me change the place.

Do not visit the office. Believe me. They don't go with the insurance claim. This office does not care. If there was lower than 1 star, I would give. They will keep sending you invoices that are not related to your claims.

Friendly staff, appointments are relatively quick, and you can easily change your appointment times if your initial time does not fit your schedule. Good dentistry to go to.

I have never liked going to the dentist, but I love Ideal! The staff is compassionate, friendly and very informative. Best dentist I've ever been too...!!

Edited* I initially posted about concerns of not being educated around the recommendations of my care, and feeling obligated to accept the additional recommendations for treatment. Since then, I have had discussions with the office manager and believe there has been a lot of progress. I appreciate the efforts taken to ensure I feel confident and comfortable as a client.

This is the best dental office I've been to. The staff is always sweet and accommodating, especially Sarah and Solomon. They took time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. I usually dread going to the dentist but they make it stress free!

it's not normal to say i love a dentist office but i can't help but enjoy every visit with a dentist like dr. dinh and the staff! i recently had a molar chip and they got me in for an emergency appointment on a saturday before a long work trip for my temporary. when it was time to get my permanent crown, they were out of a pregnancy-safe anesthesia and solomon drove to another ideal dental to fetch some to get the procedure done! wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking for new dental care!

It's up to anyone to go to this place with unethical standards. They repaired my chipped tooth and said it's under warranty if it chips again it's free. Today the nurse said it's under warranty and was ready to fix the chip when the front desk came and said it was by mistake they gave me a warranty since it's they have to make a new treatment plan and pay for it. The nurse said the front desk is making me crazy the computer says it's under warranty and they are now telling me it's not and I (me) have to wait since they have to make changes to the system and Make a new treatment plan to make me pay. I would never go to this unethical place again who make changes to their own system and try to make more money

Great experience! I went in for a routine cleaning and general check-up. Scheduling and the appointment were both a snap. I am looking forward to my zoom whitening next week!

6-22-22...It was time for my cleaning and a new set of Invisaligners, and as usual everything went just fine. My dentist noticed that I had the beginning of a couple of areas of surface tooth decay, so that was quickly taken care of with no pain at all! My cleaning was done with nice chair side care! If you need a new dental office, this is the place to come to! 5-11-2022...Since my last review I decided to get my teeth straightened by using Invisalign offered from Dr. Doan's office. I just finished my visit picking up a new set of aligners, and I have to say I'm excited to see the progress of my teeth moving into alignment. I have several more weeks to go for the process to be complete, and it is so worth the wait!! If you haven't gotten your Invisaligners for the health of your teeth and to get your smile looking better...it's time for your visit! The staff and doctors will get you all set up with care and good attitudes. Before 2022....This was my first visit, and my first impression was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Doan and his staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. I had to leave my dentist of 20+ years due to an insurance change, and I was nervous about changing dental offices! But, Dr. Doan, his great chair side manner, and everyone I met who is employed by Ideal Dental of Willow Bend are A+ in my book, and I am picky!

I am new to the area & went in to have my dental exam & a cleaning done. I haven't been to the dentist since I moved almost a year ago. First off, I called & made an appointment two weeks beforehand & gave them all my information over the phone. When I got there not only was I not on the schedule but they didn't have anything in their system for me. I ended up waiting an hour for my appointment after telling them I would come back another day. The dentist at Ideal Dental told me I had 5 cavities, a gum disease & that it was VERY dangerous for the tooth I had a root canal on to not have a crown on it IMMEDIATELY. She also told me that I need to be fit for a mouth guard because I grind my teeth. No one has ever told me I grind my teeth. Up until my move a year ago, I have been to the dentist every 6 months for my cleaning. I asked the dentist to just do the standard cleaning & they wouldn't do it because of the supposed gum disease I had. The proposed treatment plan they gave me was going to cost $2,300 in the end & that IS WITH INSURANCE. I ended up leaving with nothing but X-rays done. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. This dentist only found 2 cavities that he filled that day, no need for a crown because the tooth is doing just fine, no mouth guard & even if I wanted to start wearing one - I could buy one from CVS & it would do just fine, OH, and no gum disease (the deepest pocket they found was 4mm, ideal dental was trying to tell me I had pockets as deep as 6mm). Save yourself the time & go somewhere else. They just want your money.
