Do not go here! My husband and I are on the exact same plan, my cleaning was covered as expected, and staff was pleasant. His experience was completely different. Not only did they cancel on him twice, when he finally got in for his appointment (3 months later), they started, had him in the chair for over an hour taking X-rays, checking everything, etc. then said that nothing was covered and it would be $1300+ to have a cleaning. We only went here because it was covered by our insurance but will not be returning as they are only trying to upsell and work around the insurance system.

I started going to Ideal Dental after trying another dentist in frisco and was unhappy. After having the wonderful Naz as my dental hygienist and Dr Arcila as my dentist, I don't think I'll ever leave. Naz is the best hygienist I've ever been to. She loves her patients and is so thorough with the cleanings. Plus it helps that she's incredibly sweet and easy going. My teeth always look amazing after. Dr. Arcila is wonderful. Shes very honest about any treatments and gives the patient options because she knows peoples financial circumstances are all different. There is zero pressure for anything. As long as the two of them never leave, I won't either.

Went to a regular dental cleaning, ended up a deep cleaning, the hygienist zoomed thru the cleaning, and they did some other services, ended up paying over $500 out of pocket. The follow up cleaning should only cost me $9.00 however, I paid over $100.00. I will not go back there for anything. Very unsatisfied.

Everyone was really nice!! And I felts comfortable all time, great service and very professional! And Mr. Hayden is really nice and patient! I will make it my regular place for any treatment in the future.

I love this office and the people!! I went here to get a second opinion on some dental work. After speaking with the dentist we came up with a plan that was much more aligned with my goals and was half the price!! One thing I needed was to repair my upper denture (the other office recommended that I completely replace it). I came to drop it off expecting to be without it from Wednesday to Friday. They called me Wednesday at 3:30 to pick it up. Repairs were done perfectly!!! The people are super friendly and helpful. I recommend this office to all my family and friends.

The facility is very state of art. The staff starting from the office manager Yessi to the hygienists and Dr Arcilla, everybody was very professional and helpful. Each process was explained in detail, and there were no sales pitch involved. I was very pleasently surprised by the honesty of the dentist.

I have had several procedures done this year with Dr. Arcila. She and her team have done an amazing job, not just at giving me great fitting crowns but also with her judgement and with stellar pain management. All of the staff are friendly, fun and a pleasure to work with. I am so happy to have found this practice and recommend them.

I have a worst ever experience with the front desk and appointment process. I was 11 min late and they cancelled my appointment. I drove 25 miles and they say, it's no show and took my initial deposit of $129/-. Be careful with this place and franchise. They are in the market to cheat only.

I have been coming to Ideal Dental for over three years, and I am always in and out. All of the staff are nice and professional. Ms. Naz is the best, and Dr Paula.

New to the area, this was my first visit, and I could not have hoped for a better experience. The warm-hearted and professional staff and doctor were outstanding and the visit was delightful. Best cleaning - ever - too. Highly recommended.

Be ready to wait forever for the doctor to show up.. my appointment was at 830, I was taken in at 0840 and did not see the doc until 0940. And have to reschedule for next day for actual cleaning... Not sure if they really value other people's time. Not commenting anything on care or charges yet !!!

This was my first cleaning at this location. I haven't had a cleaning in a long time and felt embarrassed before coming in. The staff here is absolutely fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and did a great job cleaning. Seriously....I can feel parts of my mouth that I couldn't before. Naz, the hygienist, is so kind and diligent!! I will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Phillip Pan is a wonderful Doctor and Orthodontist. He is so caring and helpful! He is kind, gentle, sweet, smart, informative, attentive and goes above and beyond. If I had children you could only dream to have a Doctor with such an incredible manner to take care of your kids. His pleasant kind personality and caring attitude is wonderful. I appreciated his sweet, humble way. You could not ask for a nicer Doctor!!! Thankful for him!

Long waiting time before start the treatment even after coming 10 min early as they advised. Also, changing the nurse during the treatment for no reason creating more delay& frustration.

This. Place. Is. Amazing!!! From the kind women at the front desk, to the convenience of texting about appointments and actually speaking with a real person on the phone, to the grace when I was super late because I went to the wrong location, to the extremely kind and helpful hygienist, to the sweet and caring dr (Dr. Byrd). Ideal Dental of West Frisco went above and beyond to make my husband and I both feel welcomed, cared for, and at ease. They made special accommodations for my husband wheelchair, both upon entry and in the cleaning area, and made sure that he was totally comfortable for his appointment. I've never had such great care at a dental office. I can only hope that everyone has as great of an experience as we have had here today. My faith in humanity has been restored! Thank you, Dr. Byrd, and Ideal Dental! We WILL be back!!

There are two ppl at the front desk. Veronica at the front is amazing! So kind, so sweet and so willing to help and go the extra mile. And hilarious- she'll keep you in stitches- she just made this old lady feel like a girl chitchatting again. And Rachelle in the back was just a sweetheart- just a big smile on her face the whole time. Dr Bird was absolutely the kindest and gentle doctor. The only poor taste I noticed was the other lady at the front - she seemed so aggravated and annoyed when the girls in the office asked her a question. Not sure what that was about but everyone else seemed completely unbothered. Good office to bring your family to.
