Dr. Hernandez is amazing and the dental assistant who helped me today was lovely. She is very understanding of the anxiety that is linked with dental work and was a huge help in keeping me calm today. I highly suggest this dental team.

Not so ideal when it comes to care and communication. Don't waste time waiting for this office to call you back should you need correspondence. I called numerous times to follow up on something I was waiting on and up until now they are yet to let me know what happened.

I went in for an appointment that I had scheduled 2 months ago. When I got there, the assistant Never asked why I was there or what I was having done, she just started taking mouth scans. When I explained that I had mouth pain due to a bridge, she said we'd look at it later. After all was said abd done, I was told that Nothing could be done for my pain until I schedule a $1900 surgery to extract the painful bridge and tooth (the Earliest surgery date is October 24- over a MONTH away). I then asked if Anything could be done for my pain and the cause of it. I was told the dentist would call in a prescription for Motrin and amoxicillin. I left the dentist office. When I went to the pharmacy 3 hrs later, tgey had NO PRESCRIPTIONS FOR ME. I waited and checked again this morning. Still NOTHING. I called the dentist office only to be told they were out of the office. I called yesterday afternoon and left a voicemail, with NO response. When I called this morning, I was told they were out of the office but the lady I spoke with said she would send an email to the office manager. That was a few hours ago and of course the office manager has Not gotten back to her. I do not blame the lady who was trying to help me, I blame the office at Valley Ranch. I have Never had this much trouble with this office. Last time I went, I had a completely different dentis and assistant and was Very happy with them. This time it was a different dentist, assistant and even front office people. VERY DISAPPOINTED

We are new to the area and found this dental office from my insurance company. I was a little skeptical based on some reviews but our experience was pretty awesome. My son enjoyed it and is ready to come back in 6 months. So if he felt good and liked the staff this will become our family dental location.

New patient to the practice and felt very cared for, and well attended. Had to get X-rays and needed help with an insurance issue. And they helped me sort it all. Great, efficient cleaning. Dr. Hernandez is both professional and kind! Very happy at Ideal Dental!

I was pleasantly surprised with this facility. I have previously used a family dentist or a chain place. The business was clean and everything was so professional. I love that you get a free whitening with a visit. I opted to get the one-time whitening and it burnt my mouth all up! So maybe get the trays.

All of the staff at Ideal Dental were kind, courteous and friendly. They were knowledgeable and were able to address the issue I came in with and decide on a plan of action. I will definately come back. I would even refer some of my friends and family to Ideal Dental!

I went in to get extractions. I had someone helping me, she was nice and engaging. She talked me through the process and informed me if I was in pain to put my left hand up. They numbed me and 15-20 min. Goes by, I think they forgot me because I heard the doctor say, "oh!" And came quickly into my room followed by a new nurse/tech. When the doctor started to pull my tooth, I put my hand up to say, "I need a break." The doctor only said, "you're doing a good job." And did not listen to my request to take a break. It was more painful than they said and I was not heard during or after the extractions. I've had difficulties with this company, maybe just this clinic, and keep giving multiple chances. I would not recommend this clinic. They don't listen to you.
