Thank you Dr. Mugianto for making my dental experience phenomenal, he is very professional and he knows what he is talking about. Also the staff here is amazing, I was nervous and they made sure I was taking care of.

Dr. Mugianto is awesome!!! He did all the fillings and wisdom tooth extraction for me without any pain. He was so informative to explain everything about my procedures. The staff was helpful, and the office was clean. Everyone was kind and professional. They showed great care for their patients. The wait was not long at all. They explained everything well and discussed treatment options and cost. They procedure was done carefully and well. Dr. Mugianto and everyone there were knowledgeable, caring, highly skilled, and meticulous in all they did. They kept me informed during everything. I highly recommend the Ideal Dental office located at 4323 Lemmon Ave.

Got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nelson Garrett. Very satisfied with the services. They also offer great post operation services. The Clinic is also well maintained and all the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I was informed that the dr would be very patient with me because I have severe anxiety and a phobia with dentist. HE WAS NOT patient at all ... I don't know if maybe he was tired and was ready to get the procedure over with but I definitely was not made to feel comfortable at all and I was triggered to have a panic attack and it felt as though they didn't care and simply just wanted to stick me with needles . I politely referred myself else where because I was not comfortable proceeding with anything here . If you want someone that's going to care save your time & money go else where .

I had the worse experience with billing at this location. I came to the uptown location for a cleaning and assessment bc I had work I knew needed to be done. It was recommended that I get a crown and a filling so I did that July of 2021. My insurance wasn't processed at the time of my appointment so I paid my estimated portion and was told once insurance paid their portion I would get a refund. It's September of 2022 and I am still waiting for my refund, I've called often and I get either the runaround because billing is a separate entity or I get attitude. Needless to say billing and customer service is lacking.

I was highly impressed with Doctor Mugiauto and staff at Ideal Dental Uptown. Although I was unable to.receive the needed assistance with my broken partial, the doctor explained clearly and understandably what I needed to do to solve my problem that he knew he could not fix. I appreciate his knowledge and being able to relate it to me in a dignified manner.

Friendly, courteous doctors and staff. Listened to all my concerns. Valued my opinion and eased my mind with my dental anxiety. Went above and beyond to work me in fast. Even did X-rays to access what work I needed done. All of this was done on my first visit which was a work in emergent visit . Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Top notch doctors and staff. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would.

Never going back here, at appointment time you in the chair but still gotta wait almost 45min to get service started and completed, they claim you need certain work done but never show any kind of proof, overcharged insurance just to make money, 0 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this place
