Everyone was so kind and attentive to my situation. Dr. Hifeda gained my complete confidence by explaining my procedure options and scheduling. Excellent! Highly recommend!

The office staff was friendly and prompt! Also, the hygienist was attentive to my tooth sensitivity and while being treated she played the best "old school" music! Finally, the "doctor" took his time during my appointment with my procedure, well it felt like it and I appreciated it! And when I received the estimate of charges to my surprise "Marasal" had things worked out for me budget wise, so all in all it was an awesome experience!

The office is clean The nurse who did X-rays is nice The front office lady doesn't care about patient when I asked why I had to resign documents I've already sign online just become a little nicest the end but I felt already frustrated The financial lady is very rude They made me a 5 thousand and up treatment plan out of pocket despite of my insurance, I told them I can't pay even if they had a 2 years payment it's too much for me They told me I need a deep cleaning at up to 1 thousand to pay I can't so I told the financial if I could have the simple cleaning insurance paid but she's just tell me "NO" I asked why, she told me " it's not possible " if I would like to have something done for my teeth I have to accept their deep cleaning at least I lost my time for nothing I was at a dentist office last year however I was not ready for all treatment they did my cleaning and they told me I didn't need deep cleaning for the first time I'm very frustrated When I went home the doctor was seat on his room and watching me without saying words Please if you don't have enough money even if you have insurance avoid this place Hope they didn't send me bill because they put today date in front of some treatment they didn't do and the front desk lady told me it's ok but they made me sign

The staff was attentive to my needs and the service was quick. The office is also very clean and there is free parking underground. Update: Still a very good place to get your dental work done. Marisol, the receptionist, is very kind and can help you figure out what is covered by your insurance. :)

Very impressed! This office is completely modern including all of the equipment and the staff is fantastic. I love that I can come in on a Saturday, so I don't have to take off of work. / update: switched to another location. This one is not very good at scheduling or updating insurance. I had taken off work a few times last year and they didn't have everything after I'd called repeatedly and sent correct info online.

Fantastic experience all around!! They were able to see me on very short notice to assist with a abscess. All staff are very Profesional and friendly. I hate going to the dentist, but if I have to go, Ideal Dental of UP will be the office I go to.

The team did a great job explaining and performing the work to be done and the cost upfront. Also provided email copy of the itemized costs which is important to me and others. Very friendly, clean environment, convenient location w nice garage parking

Dr. Soroushi was soo good, I love seeing Dr's care about all patients. I have yet to see a Dr care so much yet be so gentle! Marisol and Jessica were wonderful, they helped update my insurance correctly since dealing with insurance agents were giving me a hard time. My kids were scared but Juli and Cristina were the best my daughter and Juli was so sweet my daughter loves her! Cristina was so gentle with my son especially since he was having a hard time to numb. Honestly I love this office!!!!

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!! I'm usually not one to give a bad review. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I was given an appointment at 8:30am today. When I walked in I was the only one in the lobby and there was one other patient in the back and about 7 people plus the doctor working. I filled out the paperwork the night before to speed up the visit. I was taken back within 5 minutes of arrival. Christina took X-rays and digital images. She then said she was having issues with her computer. Which she may have been, but I see other patients that arrived after me already being seen by the doctor. If it was an issue with the station she was at, why not move to a different one? Not like they were being used I was! She then asks what time I need at work because she's having technical issues. I set aside 2 hours for this appointment to get nothing done! I tell them I need to be back at work by 10:30 and they immediately say well let's just reschedule. I should've known better than to come to a chain office. They don't care about taking care of you, they only care about getting paid by you or the insurance company!!! Do not come here it is not ideal!

After spending well over $6,000 on 4 crowns and a partial they would not honor the supposed 5 year warranty. Crown came off after 2 weeks and they replaced. They replaced again shortly after. The 3rd time it came off in less than 2 years they wouldn't honor the warranty and wanted me to pay another $1,000. Do not spend your hard earned money here.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR OWN INSURANCE BENEFITS! After getting a few minor procedures done, I was advised that I needed some major dental work done. The ladies at the front desk advised me what would be covered after speaking with my insurance company. I was told I had "left over benefits" that would go to waste if I did not use them by the end of the year. For this reason, and this reason alone, I decided to get the procedures done that they suggested. None of the procedures were emergencies. All could wait until the new year started. Unbeknownst to me, my benefits had already been maxed out for the year and visits/procedures prior to the EXTRA ones they advised me to do, were getting rejected by my insurance. According to my insurance company they checked only one time for my benefits in July of 2021 then advised me to continue getting procedures done, even though they were not getting covered. Then in January 2022, they notified me that I owed them an additional $900 before I could get any more work done. When I informed them it was extremely poor customer service for them to advise me to do procedures ( that I did not need to rush to do) based on it being covered by my insurance, and then hold me responsible for when I would have never even gotten the work done had I known, or if they not brought it up. They didn't care and were still holding me responsible for the full amount. I would avoid this office if you don't wanna get surprised with a big bill at the end of the year. Or make sure you're double checking everything they tell you, because they aren't actually checking properly with your insurance. Extremely disappointing. Update 88/22/22 When I reached back out today, they are still claiming I owe them $832 for services they told me would be covered by my insurance when they actually hadn't checked my insurance at all. DO NOT GO HERE.

I first went to Ideal Dental because my personal dentist retired and they were recommended on my dental insurance. I have found them professional, ethical and friendly. Have had virtually every procedure done here : cracked a tooth; Had a crown ;pulled a tooth; filling ; orthodontics. They have been great thru it all. Dr. Soroushi is reasonable and skilled in his approach.

Doctor and staff are very nice. I had not been to the dentist in a while and I was extremely nervous. They did a great job making sure I was comfortable and numb for my procedure.

I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I have great teeth and a great smile. Went to this place bc I was new in town. They did my X-rays and then bullied me into a periodontal cleaning. Said had to pay over $400 and IF I didn't let them numb my entire mouth and do a periodontal cleaning, they wouldn't do a regular cleaning. The salesperson was like a pressure cooker sales person. It was a TERRIBLE experience and I am going to complain for a long time so others are not treated like this. They scared me to death about my teeth. I've NEVER been treated so poorly and never will again be bullied and pressured like this
