I'll start off by saying that my initial experience with this business was truly dismal. I really didn't think that I was going to have a change of heart in my opinion towards them. Since, there's been a change of office staff and doctors, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the new staff. Andrea and Dr Shah are a great team, and everyone they have in that building truly seems to support one another and communicate well between themselves and guests. It's very obvious that they care deeply about the impact they have on their customers. Thank you for being so patient and compassionate when I was upset about my poor experience from the previous service team!

Ideal Dental is the best Dentist place I have been to for the whole 24 years I have been on this Earth. The entire staff is kind and friendly all around. I highly recommend ideal dental for any dentist needs. I will definitely be coming back every 6 months for my cleaning and X-rays and/or any other issues for my teeth and jaw

I went with a bad tooth ache and it turned out to be a cavity in an advace stage. DR. A. Shah gave me all the options and his staff was very well prepaired in the field. I come from the medical field my self and I am very skeptical about the procedulres practiced on me, this is why I never go to a doctor but with Dr. Shah I felt that his knowledge spoked for him self and this acually gave me the confidence to go through with the recomended treatment. After the Dr. Was finished I did not felt any pain the Dr. Recomended a root canal nerve kill. It was incredible that after all he carved in my tooth I had no pain. Also I was surprised I was not prescribed pain meds. Dr. Shah was so confident that his work was flawless he knew after the local anesthesia effect wore out I was not going to feel any pain. He prescribed antibiotics and so far I have not felt any more pain. This tooth pain is like it never happend. I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism Dr Shah and his staff treted me with. I sincerely and most truthfully think he is one of the best dentist out there you will find and I highly recomend him and his staff.

Ideal Dental is a very nice looking office with very friendly staff. It is clean and organized. The only suggestion I have would be to maybe hire more staff because I had to wait over an hour before my cleaning started. If I had more time to wait I wouldn't have minded. Other than that, they are amazing!

Hadn't been to the dentist in a while and needed a new one since coming to college. everyone was very welcoming and the doctor was very helpful in understanding my treatment plan and through all the steps of my procedure. Happy to have found my home dentist

The best dental care I have ever experienced! The staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Shah was great, very informative and gentle. The office was clean and easy to locate. The young lady up front was super patient and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a new office!!!

I am blown away by the service at Ideal Dental. Luis made me feel comfortable and kept me laughing. Dr. Shah was clear on his treatment plans and cared about treating my issue and having a plan for the future.

This dentist is so clean when I walked in, and the front lobby is so nice. The people who work there are super kind and patient. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a great job, and I left very satisfied!! I'll definitely be returning back to this location!

Convenient appointments, friendly staff and a doctor who works well with patients. I was a new patient. Paperwork was easy to complete. They communicated the process and listened to my concerns. I loved that they did the initial visit and cleaning at the same time. I would recommend this office. I will be returning for future cleanings.
