I felt zero pain or discomfort. In my book that's what I look for in a dentist. The only problem I saw was the computer system was down but I'm confident it was not their fault. I wish someone had insurance that paid better.

The worst experience I've had with a dentist. I'm newer to the area and have needed a dentist, but before I found one I had a chipped tooth accident so I wanted to get it checked out and the reviews for ideal dental seemed solid so I came here. They did a quick X-ray and a very brief Check at my teeth by someone who wasn't the dentist, naturally, and then the dentist came in and told me I needed a crown. I've never had even a cavity before so this was a shock. They then brought in an office girl to give me the cost and what it would be if I chose to do their in house insurance (bc I don't have dental insurance). I asked to have a minute and also asked what would happen if I waited a month or two when I could see my dentist back home. She came back and offered me a $100 off if I chose to sign up and get the process going that day (I felt like I was at a used car lot) and that if I waited, it would probably turn into a root canal. My uncle, who's a dentist saw the X-rays and pics they took and recommended I get a second opinion which I just got today and they said my teeth are in good shape minus needing a slight filling work to fill an area where it chipped. My whole experience at ideal just felt like they were trying to get the most money out of me possible. At Dr Magnum, where i went today, they were so nice and I really felt they had my best interest at heart while also being very thorough and high quality. I would recommend Magnum a million times over ideal. If you never need anything but a teeth cleaning, maybe here is the easiest, cheapest route, but I would never trust their opinion. They didn't even do a sensitivity test on me for the crown/root canal diagnosis.

The receptionist at the from desk was very slow. He did not see my I know what he was doing, didn't spell my last name correctly after multiple attempts. I would not go to Ideal Dental on Teasley if he is the receptionist. You need someone more competent in their job and skill

Emily was absolutely wonderful! At a place where nobody is comfortable Emily and Doctor Johnson both made me feel at ease. Excellent team in that office . Front desk crew where also nice and very helpful!

The hygienist was great! Everything went well until they told me the cost for a periodontal cleaning. I know my insurance doesn't cover it. Last time I paid less than $200. Today the charge was over $800 and then f I wanted to add an antibiotic it was over $1100! The hygienist does a deep cleaning. The procedure hasn't changed. So why the very large cost increase? Ridiculous!!

The office staff was very professional and they made sure to respect my time as they got me back to see the dentist and hygienist on time. Both the dentist and hygienist were great, very personable and again respected my time. Overall, a great visit that was efficient and left me with a great smile.

No complaints about the treatment and the quality of care. However, the front-desk did not wear a mask and one of the hygienists wore it below her nose, which does no good whatsoever. Given that we now have 100,000 new cases of Covid a day in this country, mostly of the highly contagious and vaccine-resistant BA.5 variant, the failure to be properly masked at a health-care facility seems highly irresponsible to me.

Went here about a year ago, they told me I had a ton of cavities, treated only a few because of the cost, only did some of them, went to another dentist and I had 1, which makes me believe I had teeth drilled on that didn't have a cavity (didn't see any cavities besides 2 at the time but they swore they were there)

Not a fan of going to the dentist but I will say that Ideal Dental (Teasley) provides the best customer service. The last two visits have been the best cleanings I've ever received. Love this place! 10/10

Amazing experience, got my deep cleaning done here and I'm extremely happy with the results. The staff was extremely helpful the entire time. Emily took amazing care of me while doing my deep cleaning and made sure I was always okay, her awesome stories made the process go by so much faster and had me laughing!

The front office staff and everyone else in the building was friendly except the dentist. He didn't say 2 words to me. Told his assistant what all was needed, and then sent in the receptionist to ask about financing. The price of the visit was affordable however, I wasn't given any options of work needed. Found different dentist that is willing to work with me and quoted 2k less for the same amount of work.

I haven't been in for 3 years, I have extreme claustrophobia and dental phobia. A dentist that was there when we moved here put in some bridges for me and an upper right bridge fell out last Friday. I just got back from a consultation with Dr Johnson, while he wanted to remove and check the bridge today to see what caused it to fall out, he agreed to give me meds to calm down and reschedule. He treated me with compassion and understanding. Going back Monday for treatment.

Very nice and helpful people unfortunately in my visit today I've had nothing but issues since after almost 12 hours my comfort level is still a 0 can't hardly eat or think straight due to the uncomfort from a temporary crown
