I have been going to this location for a few years and have always had a great experience. Staff is always friendly. However, the doctor they now have at this location Dr. Yang lacks chair side manner! I am understanding of my teeth needing extra attention this appointment but did not like the aggressive and forceful approach. A simple " are you okay?" or "do you need a break?" would have gone a long way. It got to the point where I had to push her out of my mouth to regroup. Kevron was great as always but due to the doctor I will not be returning to this location as long as she is there.

I enjoyed meeting a professional dental team. Very courteous and helpful in explaining my dental health condition after a thorough exam. They provided a progressive approach for service. I think I finally found my home dental office after relocating to TX 14-months ago. After trying 4 dental offices Ideal Dental is perfect" dental provider for me. I'm smiling

Definitely recommend from the hygienist to the dentist it was a great experience and I felt comfortable the entire time. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

AMAZING staff, AMAZING service, AMAZING Dentists. I should have been coming here all along. They definitely made my day with all the issues I came in with, they helped me and had me feeling so much better by the time I left. Everyone was very attentive, knowledgeable, and concerned. This is my new dental home.

I didn't liked this place. I felt the dentist was predetermined to enforce certain kind of treatment which the insurance doesn't cover. It was, as if the company has given directions to the dentist to do all possible additional treatments to charge more money. There was no proper evaluation. It appears they want to see the maximum number of people with just one doctor. The dentist didn't even do the regular prophylaxis saying she cannot do it unless I pay the additional money for the chip they wanted to insert to my gums. I regularly go to the dentist and I tried this place because I was relocated recently. This is the first time I had such an experience even after I go to the dentist every six months for cleaning. They didn't even do a regular cleaning. I am sure they will charge hell lot of money to the insurance for all those unnecessary x-rays they have taken which they didn't even bothered to evaluate property. I had other problems with my teeth and they were not able to diagnose. These days, you cannot trust any health care system. They are there to rip the insurance and your pocket and not for giving a quality service.

Really disappointed by the doctor who was trying to take my x ray within 6 months. The incompetency of the doctor is evident as I was told that it is mandated by ADA to take the X Ray before cleaning. While digging more into the matter I found that ADA doesn't mandate. Be careful before visiting this doctor frequent X ray has been associated with mouth cancer. So you are not getting dental work you are getting free cancer. Find a doctor that knows dentistry

Marcus was there to assist me with x-rays and taking pictures. He made me feel very comfortable and the staff was very nice. I will definitely come back.

Bait and switch. Called to get my teeth cleaned. 90 mins later presented a bill of 1400 dollars to get a deep cleaning. I have insurance to cover cleaning and xrays. They billed the Xray and did not accomplish what I requested. Then tried to sell me on $6000 worth of other stuff. It is a scam to sell product and bill insurance for things. AVOID AVOID.

When making your first appoint though, be aware that it is a check up and you would have to make sure to schedule a teeth cleaning as well.

Very professional and friendly from the moment my Hubs and I entered, being seen by the dentist and the assistants Marcus and Janee,to leaving. My Hubs had the manager Mr. Kevron work on him. Very satisfied and happy we chose this denist office.

EDIT Updating this due to my last few experiences: Went in for a cleaning and it took a lot longer than one would normally be (there was quite the wait and a ton of patients with only one dentist it seems). My appointment was for 8 am but I was told to wait as they were having a meeting. If you make an appointment and expect me to be on time I would like the same courtesy??? Next visit (made via phone), I come on time, they tell me that there was no appointment made. Front desk says it's one of their colleagues faults and apologizes and offers to have me wait 30 minutes to an hour to get squeezed in. Knowing them it would probably be an hour and 30 minutes, which unless they're reimbursing me for time loss, I'm not doing it. They were nice enough to reschedule for the same day (for later in the day) , but that's funny as when I was booking the appointment they only told me that this morning and another time in the afternoon of next week. I've seen others also comment on a similar issue of not having their appointments set up properly. If the software is so confusing for you to use, and apparently only one person in your office knows how to use it properly, it might be time to look into some solutions or ask yourselves as to why this is a recurring problem. It's just the blatant disrespect of people's time for me, and I hope it gets fixed. Old Review: Staff was extremely nice! I had an issue that was time sensitive, and they were nice enough to squeeze me in day of. They're very punctual and great with communication, I'd highly recommend them for anyone new to the area looking for a new dentist.

She helped me understand how the costs work with insurance estimations & payment plans. Plus they all helped give the best plan for setting up the treatment I am needing.
