I've been visiting Dr. Aguirre for about 2 years now and I honestly love visiting his office! The staff is truly amazing and most of all, hospitable. They welcome you in as if they were welcoming you into their home, so warm and genuine. Dr. Aguirre is such a pleasure, and has such gentle hands! If I was comfortable to make my mum visit him from New Mexico and she as well truly enjoyed her visit...I promise you will too! Keep up the great work Dr. Aguirre & staff! Y'all make my smile the best part of walking out of your office. I'll see you in 6 months!

The staff is super nice and they guide you and inform you of all your procedures and prices. Zhona was great and very helpful.

The staff at Ideal Dental in Southlake is exceptional. They have affordable prices, and a great payment plan. The dentist is wonderful, and highly skilled. I recommend them to anyone in need of a great dentist.

My experience with Ideal Dental was very smooth. I went in for teeth cleaning and only took about 20-30 minutes. Then decided to sign up for their membership plan after.

WATCH OUT for their $19 first exam coupon! It doesn't include a cleaning. Essentially you pay for them to take uncomfortable x-rays and the free take home whitening kit DEPENDS if they have time to take your impressions and if they don't you'll have to come back. Which is funny because they were about to do a cleaning on me. Most places include x-rays with a cleaning. I don't understand why anyone would want to only pay for x-rays to not have a cleaning included.

I brought my two kiddos here to see Dr. Aguirre for their check up and cleaning. My oldest needed a filling and they were able to take care of it same day. She usually has very bad dental anxiety, but they made her feel so comfortable! They were also very quick and efficient. Happy staff & clean office. We will be back!

It's always a great experience visiting Ideal at Southlake!!! They do great work and everybody is so nice!!! I always love coming here for my dental work!!! Highly recommended!!

They did one of my crowns. This has been the worst experience yet. I am now to return for the 7th time for a crown they did. First time the temp mold they made cut my tongue. That pain was nothing minor. Then they ordered me a yellow tooth. Won't even get I to how much darker than my teeth it was. Which warranted yet another return. Then the temp pops off. Not long after having the permanent one, that one pops off too. Also had to come back 2 additional time because they had excess cement they couldn't get to. When I go for my routine appointment I'm told doc wanted to redo it because it was never set right. Sure enough this new one pops off. When I go back yet again Doc says inner groves may not be deep enough so they going to do it ALL OVER AGAIN! The assistant did a poor job on my temp. But I did not have the patience to go back again especially with the permanent appointment on the calendar. When they call. I specifically ask did they order my previous color because of my experience with them ordering that yellow tooth. I was assured they ordered the white tooth and no changes to my appointment needed to be made. I was put on hold for that confirmation. To show up to my appointment today for a YELLOW tooth to be there?! Mind you I'm taking off work for all these appointments. I'm unsure why they feel "you won't be charged" is something type of compensation. I paid for a service that was not executed properly. And the service is as not cheap! My crown next to that one has never popped off. Not once. Had it over 5 years.(Done Elsewhere) I am furious!

My kids were so comfortable! Taylor was so friendly and welcoming, Mila went from nervous to excited. Zhona and Dr. Aguirre we're so gentle with the baby, we will be coming here for a while :)
