i've been super nervous to go to the dentist but they were all really friendly and professional and told me what they were doing with my teeth as they did it so slay honestly this went so much better than expected

I came in with severe pain and had a root canal done immediately after basic examination. Everyone was kind and professional. I'm grateful. Will finish the procedure Thanksgiving week. Thank you!!

The dentist and staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease and they did an amazing job on the dental work I needed. As a first time patient, they seem great. But if you need a specialist don't use theirs. They don't work with the patients schedule. I have paid in advance to get this done. When I called to get my money back $1900 keep that in mind , someone tells me that someone will call me next day. When I try and reschedule I get told I'll be called back and I'm not. Will be looking for another dentist, I'm sure there's many that will take my money and work with my schedule and my son's schedule. They can charge me at one location, send me to another location. Then when I want my money back for a procedure that has not been done I get told to call the other location.

Update: No longer open on Saturday. Nice people, efficient service, open on Saturday. Win, Win, Win. As a member of the top 15% of Google reviewers in the DFW area, I highly recommend this establishment.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable. Dr. Merchant is wonderful. The waiting room however is very unbecoming and almost insulting to patients who spend their money there. The chairs in the waiting room are old and soiled with stains. It's scary to sit on them. There is dust and cobwebs in the corners. There is also a floor lamp that appears to be borrowed from the 50s. The leather is split on the recliners in the exam rooms. Dr. Merchant and his great staff deserve better than this and so do their patients.

Staff was great as always! Leon was very gentle doing my deep cleaning. Dr. Merchant is very thorough and gave me the chance to ask questions if I had them or clarification if I didn't understand something. Didn't get the name of the lady who did my crown~but I could tell she'd been doing it a long time! Her every move was intentional and secure. That gave me~as the patient~comfort. NOBODY likes to be the patient but the Ideal Dental staff are top notch!
