The Worst behavior I've ever had, today I felt like a purchase. My main goal of visiting this clinic is to fix my front teeth but after the examination the doctor said I need a crown with other teeth first and then he will deal with the front later, what's more, he said he will run a simulation so that I can see how it will look in the end. I was so excited to finish the treatment and start working with the front theeth but unfortunately...... I spent a lot of money and about a year and finally the doctor said he couldn't do anything about it and also suggested another crown without justification and was very rude, After a full year of treatment, he didn't even say hi, I literally felt like a commodity. I will never go back to this clinic, definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I was quoted $199 for two cleanings, seemed like a good deal. My last cleaning was 9 months ago with a different dentist, who was very good but their cleanings are more than three times the amount, so I thought I'd try this place. After being stabbed multiple times while they took my teeth measurements, the new dentist said there were a few teeth in one of my quadrants that were "4's" but that she didn't think I needed a deep cleaning, but that she also needed to check with the someone to make sure (she's a doctor but doesn't feel qualified to make this assessment herself?) She came back and said she was waiting for a response, but again that she should be able to commence with the cleaning. Moments later I was informed I would need a deep cleaning for my entire mouth, which amounted (after discounts) to over $1,000. They wouldn't clean my teeth until after my teeth were deep cleaned. I paid the $199 and left without any cleaning at all. They said after my teeth were deep cleaned, I would qualify for those two $199 cleanings. I immediately went to my regular dentist (who miraculously had an opening) and they cleaned my teeth. I told them afterward that a previous dentist said I needed a deep cleaning. The hygienist actually laughed and said "what? Your teeth look great...hang on." Then the dentist showed up and confirmed my teeth were just fine and just needed a basic cleaning. She mentioned there are dentists out there who, like used car salesmen, are really just trying to make as much as they can and count on consumers to believe their (professional) assessments and pay whatever they ask. For those with insurance, this can be a pretty easy scam-- a lot of folks won't even ask questions. These people are frauds looking to pad their wallets in hopes that you won't ask questions. Ideal dental, you owe me a refund. Stay away from this place.

Love Ideal Dental! All of the staff is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I've had insecurities and problems with my teeth my whole adult life and the folks at Ideal Dental put my mind at ease when it came to the long process of fixing my teeth. They have a great dental plan for those of us w/out dental insurance and walked me through each step of getting my teeth back to good health.

I'm having a great experience so far with ideal dental. I know it may sound weird, but I have enjoyed getting my teeth worked on here! The entire staff is friendly, efficient, kind and very helpful. The dentist is fast, gentle and effective! I trust what they say to me here, and trust needs to be earned! I haven't been to the dentist in years... If this is you don't wait any longer and go here!

Amazing! I have had horrible tooth pain. The CHC clinic said they can't get me in till the 25th to pull a tooth and then I'd have to make another appointment for the pain in my other tooth. I went to Ideal dental today and they will get me in tomorrow for EVERYTHING at one time! Very kind and friendly. They also have a discount program! This is now the only dentist I will go to! Thank you Ideal Dental for providing amazing dental care! See you tomorrow.
