I needed an extensive amount of work done on my teeth. I walked into this office by chance one afternoon and within 30 minutes I found my Dentist for life. The staff is great and I never feel anxious. Doc follows up with me personally and if I ever need to change an appointment there's no problem. I feel very blessed to have found this office and Dr.. Wills. EDIT: DR. WILLS LEFT THIS OFFICE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. The final stages of work were not completed, the color of my crowns were changed without my knowledge and no one in that office seemed to know what to do so they took the position all work was completed and said they would have to charge me for what I already paid for. It took almost three years yo get my file. The Schertz TX office continues to tell me there is no one for me to talk to above them. After extensive research this business is owned by a group of investors invested in many other operations. Still trying to get my teeth completed and now, since my bite had been off for years, I fear they ruined my teeth, jaws and bite.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Very pleasant experience, knew exactly what my financials looked like for the day, and scheduled an immediate follow up appointment without any problems! The artwork in the office is pretty cool too.

Before I came in I was super nervous because I had a past due cavity I needed to fix. The staff were was super nice and made me feel so comfortable. I got a root canal done and it wasn't painful at all thank you!

Staff were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I received quality care, and I feel like I was kept informed of all that was needed without attempts to over-sell. I'm thankful to have found this dental team!

I have insurance and did not feel comfortable with my in network choices. I chose to pay out of pocket to receive the friendly service from the team at Ideal Dental in Schertz. My temperature was taken and I was asked to wash my hands upon arrival. Everyone made me feel comfortable, even with my anxiety. As of now, (I have a follow up appointment), I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Ideal Dental for getting me back on track.
