Hygienists do a great job. Communication is great. Don't like the fact that they refuse the "free teeth whitening for life" until I do their procedures they are recommending. So do not sign up with them in regards to the "free whitening"

I have been going here for 3 years. The staff is wonderful! They actually answer the phone and listen to your concerns. When I call back with questions, they always talk me through any concerns or set it up for me to come back and talk to the dentist.

I have had a lot of issues with my teeth and this is the best dentist and staff I have ever been to. I get so nervous at the dentist and they are so welcoming and have great bed side manners. I always feel taken care of here and never have to worry. The dentist and assistants are wonderful and sweet.

I was in the worse pain with 3 abscess teeth. Everyone was so very kind and professional. I do not have dental insurance but they have amazing plans to help making dentistry affordable out of pocket. I have a second appointment to come back after my infections are gone, but one day later and my pain is 50% better with the meds and treatment. I will be returning and so will my husband

I had an issue with my insurance they took forever to resolve. Came in for cleaning and whitening , first time i came was free and they said it would be free the next time..well they did the cleaning and they came up that on Saturdays they don't do whitening...I would of have paid even if its not free but no one mentioned..bad unprofessional service.

My fillings are falling out and having issues so I called them and told them. They said since I didn't do a deep cleaning on my teeth that the fillings are not covered. This is a rip off. Deep cleanings don't make fillings stay in your teeth. I spent about 8 thousand dollars there last year getting my families teeth fixed and now one year later they're blaming my fillings on not having a deep cleaning done that's mostly a cleaning under your gums. How does that even make sense? It doesn't. So now here is the reason I didn't have a deep clean. I had one last year. They showed me before and after x rays. The after looked the same as the before.... Then a few months later they said "oh you need another one because of these spots". Again, those were the same spots they showed me before and said they were new. The deep clean they did the first time was around 1,000 dollars and it was the first time I had one and I am 41 years old. They then told me I needed another one after only 6 months saying that my teeth were just as bad as they were the first time. So they expected me to believe my teeth got just as dirty in 6 months of me taking really good care of them as they did in 30 or so years of decent care.... Now my fillings that are falling out are due to me not getting a deep clean. One lie after another is all I'm getting at this place

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 for a cleaning and cavity repair. I was told that they were taking care of scheduled treatments and I could wait. What? Mine was a scheduled treatment. After more than two hours, I left. Not happy.
