I waited to see the dentist for almost 2 hours. My appointment was at 11:00am I got there at 10:45. Got seated in a chair at about 11:02 and waited, then at 11:57 they came in and said we are going to polish and floss my teeth first and then the dentist will be in. At 12:22 the dentist finally came in to inspect my teeth then left. The person who goes over the report came in to try and get me to stay and get some cavities filled. Keep in mind it's been over and hour and a half already since my appointment time. I declined all work today and then they said ok wait and someone will be in to clean your teeth. After still waiting for someone to clean my teeth at 12:45 I finally said enough got up and walked to the front and told them I wasn't waiting any longer. I also canceled my husband and daughters appointments for later that week. I will not be back. A 2 hour wait is absolutely ridiculous.

Hygienists are always very friendly and attentive. Very informative and helpful. Moved around North Texas in the last few decades and would have to say, this is one of the best dentists to go to. Really painless, friendly staff, and get you taken care of efficiently. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, super clean, comfortable, facility with lots of the latest technology. I was in the back being treated in no time. I am so glad I found this wonderful Dentist!

I did my homework, looked at other Dentists in the area and I definitely found the right one. My only regret is waiting so long to take care of, one of, the most important things in my life,.. My teeth. I'm looking forward to getting the rest of the work done to repair preserve my smile. Semper Fi! C.S. Groves

Took a little longer than expected. Almost 2 hours for teeth cleaning and x rays. Worked quickly, just spent a long time waiting for different things.

I've been going to ideal for a while now. It's getting way too busy and during my last cleaning I'm not sure what the dentist did by now I feel so much sensitivity on my crown now. I'm not happy about it at all. I may be finding a new dentist soon.

This is quite and understatement of available stars! I give them 10 stars all day every day! The best choice I have ever made in a lifetime! Dr. Salvo, Kyla, and Kimberly saved my life and gave me confidence and teeth to be able to smile again! 10

Wow! I have NEVER had a better experience at the dentist! Kyla was such an attentive hygienist; she made sure I had chapstick and made sure the eye glasses didn't touch my eyelash extensions (it's the little things) and the dentist was so gentle and kind! Really made me feel like family 10/10

Forced up-sell. Got a new job with new insurance so needed a new dentist. The office seemed normal at first. Then dentist told me I needed to start flossing. I floss everyday. My previous dentist would always compliment me on that. So red flag # 1. Then dentist said I need a deep cleaning and said someone from their finance dept. would come speak to me since procedure isn't covered. Red flag #2. I was told I would need to spend over $600 out of pocket. I asked if I could just get a normal cleaning. They said no, I had to get a deep cleaning. Red flag #3. I said no and left. Horrible business model but I see how they afford all their fancy equipment.

This was my first visit to Ideal Dental in Rockwall after moving. The people were very nice and Dr. Watson did a great job on a chipped tooth & a cavity. The only negative was the waiting. My appointment was at 9am & I was there until 11:15 am. I did schedule a follow up.
