I'm pretty sure these guys recommend procedures more so than are needed. They gave me a diagnosis and then I went to my other dentist for a second opinion. Guys seem to like to overdo it and it's over charge is there part of a large chain like Aspen dental. Always get a second opinion! They made me waste over $300 a night guard that I did not need.

Service at this location is very inefficient and inconvenient. First we had a long wait in the lobby, then we had a long wait in the dental chair. For some reason, the dental hygienist didn't start right away. We had to wait for the dentist who was doing some procedure on another patient. Once the dentist came, she was the one to do the tartar removal, I figure that is why the hygienist didn't start right away. Why are we waiting on the dentist to do a job that is typically done by the hygienist? That's such a waste of time and we had to be in the office twice as long as what I normally spend on a regular visit at another office. And then, they scheduled my sons appointment on a day they aren't open and I had to reschedule. Everyone there was very nice and polite, but they are unorganized and slow. I don't recommend this office.

I was really surprised and pleased with how quickly they could get me in when I had a cracked tooth. I also had 2 follow up appointments for crowns and they were just as quick to get me scheduled. Great service.

Oh my goodness I don't know where to start. When I called and spoke to Stephanie to see if they excepted Ins I was contemplating taking out she said that they did not. I thought many times over the weekend about her concerns and kindness that Ideal Dental was where I needed to go to see exactly what issues I was facing and go from there. Even with no insurance Stephanie helped me figure everything out. Dr. Livsey, her assistant, Maddie and I definitely bonded that afternoon. The two assistants at the front desk can not be left out. I told Dr. Livsey that she and the entire team is a well oiled machine with big hearts. I have found my dental team for life !! Laura Hopson

First visit since I moved from out of town. I'm so glad I visited here. Dr. Livsey and her staff took very good care of me and I left with my teeth feeling clean and in better health!

Visted the office today. Matty is amazing! She listened to my concerns, made me feel at home & comfortable. The dentist followed up & was very careful & detailed when explaining my treatment plan. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a courteous & professional dental team!

I never would have thought to go to a "chain" dental practice. I ended up here for an emergency tooth extraction. I called and was scheduled the next day. That alone was amazing. The consultation and extraction were a breeze. Dr. Livsey and Maddy were on point. The coordinator Stephanie made billing easy to follow and scheduled me out for appointments leading to the implant. The facility is clean and technologically advanced. Everything can be done in office. I went for my follow up today. Dr. Livsey pointed out some other problems I was having and had solutions for them all. She is impressive. It will be sad to leave my current Dentist after 20yrs., but I've got myself a Tooth Whisperer and I'm not letting her go ; )

Didn't let me know if my dentist was in network or not. Also they charge a lot for a 3d scan of your teeth. Which I doubt most insurances don't cover. Whether in network or out of network.
