Wondeeful Customer Service! Professional and efficient - not to mention pain free! Second Review for service received today 10/7/21. I have to say, believe me I never thought I would say this, but my appointment today was the best part of my day! They will take great care of you and reduce any anxiety to return! See you all in 6 months! Third Review 10/20/22- always great customer service, prompt and thorough. Highly recommend!

The staff was very efficient, processed in a fast manner, and cordial. My teeth were cleaned and polished and was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Had an issue with a tooth and my regular dentist was closed. Marisol and Alexis took care of me on a Saturday and went above and beyond. Also, they didn't with a smile and quickly. Thank you

I'm very happy with my experience! Picked Ideal Dental Road Runner after moving back to S.A. area based on Google reviews. After initial appointment and detection of a cavity requiring a crown I agreed to have her prep for and install a crown. Today I had the crown applied and am very happy. Dr. Trinidad is competent, knowledgeable and experienced. I recommend her and this facility based on my personal experience. Dental work is never fun. However I'm comfortable with the work she performed and will continue seeing Dr. Trinidad. Best of luck to you with your dental care!

Dr. Trinidad was amazing. This is from someone who has had chronic issues with her teeth, and has had to suffer through many different cleanings. Some are good, some are just torture sessions. Her cleaning was great! One of my best. Pain-free and thorough, and she is knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend her, and this clinic. Gabby, dental assistant, was great, too!

My family and I had been seeing lots of dentist, but Dr Trinidad has been the BEST of all, Maria at the front desk, Gabby the dental assistant were amazing!! We found a new care for our teeth !! Thank y'all so very much

The staff at Ideal Dental Road Runner was very friendly and professional. My dentist Dr. Trinidad was great, I definitely will be returning to her and highly recommend anyone going to her. I had a very good experience with everyone including my dental hygienist.

Lobby & Office had a nice & clean aroma. I liked very much that there were water bottles available for the patients. Maria & Stephanie received me in with a very warm welcome. Then Gabby the Dental Hygienist called me in to begin my X-rays and discussion of my visit. The lead Dental Hygienist Ethan met with me to make sure I was comfortable while I waited for the dentist. Then I met Dr. Trinidad for consultation who was very kind and understanding and came up with a plan for me. I so enjoyed their gentleness and good spirit. I will definitely return to continue my treatment plan with Ideal Dental.
