Great place that listens and treats you with care. If you need a lot of work done, as I do, they can offer options and help you make a plan. Those things may seem trivial or basic, but I can assure you they're not. It's a jungle out there and dental work in general is expensive. Save yourself the time and grief and just visit IDP.

Extraordinarily friendly and professional staff. As positive of an experience someone can have going to the dentist. Dr. Montoya is remarkably friendly, patient and professional. I very highly recommend her and the staff of Ideal Dental Plano for your dental needs.

I will never go to this place again. They are more interested to make money from you and your insurance. Initially when I started, they were very nice and did my regular cleaning every six months but later on, they started showing their real color. I was very regular as per their cleaning plan but they forced me to do deep cleaning and I did but they did not stop here. They asked me to come every 3 months, so I started paying from my pocket for extra visits. Last month, I went for my regular cleaning after 3 months, they took all Xray, pictures etc. and then forced me to do deep cleaning to pay extra cleaning money from out of pocket expense. I left right a way. Later one, they sent a long bill to my insurance and me. I will go to better business bureau and complain about them. Overall, they made lots of money from me to remove my wisdom tooths, selling the braces etc. Overall, their goal is just to make money from everywhere. They took advantage of me. DO NOT GO THIS PLACE.

I've been coming to this office for years and they always exceed my expectations. From the girls that work the front desk to the doctors and dental assistants, everyone is so kind and professional. By far the best dental office I've been to.

Ideal Dental Plano has been amazing. The staff is extremely friendly. Most people dread going to the dentist but I can personally say I enjoy my visits.

Dr. Zervy at Ideal dental has been my dentist for over 10 years. The receptionist and the whole staff are very professional and always have a smile on their faces. I highly recommend them! They have good plans if you lack insurance.

The staff here are amazing, GG at the front desk is amazing as well as the other receptionists they always go above and beyond what's expected. I always receive the best customer service and care. The hygienist know their stuff and are always very helpful with questions. I've been coming to this particular dentist for years would highly recommend. Thank you for all you do!

I called to schedule my new patient exam and cleaning with the dr.Montoya i was glad to know that she speaks Spanish. the lady Gg helped me over the phone she asked me for my insurance information and immediately gave me the answers I was looking for. Sadly to my surprise they didn't take my guardian dmo insurance she said I could still come in and only pay $19 for a exam . Although I decided not to book she was very knowledgeable and helpful I was change my plan to guardian ppo next year to come in. Thank you for your help- Christoper I called around 11am

I've been a patient with ideal for two or three years now and by far the best dental group ever. I go to the Plano location and the entire staff is great. They take phenomenal care of my teeth . Dental work is covered under warranty!
