Dr. Patel and staff were great with our son today after an extraction. He even high-fived the Dr LOL. Pam was our nurse and she was phenomenal. Dr. Patel was so kind, KNOWLEDGEABLE, generous, and soft spoken from beginning to end! I love the bedside manner here. Our family will stay with Dr. Patel as long as he will keep us! Thank you guys so much! The Perry family

This is by far the best dental place I've been to Dr.Patel and his staff is beyond amazing. Heather made sure I was comfortable during my root canal and filling and was super sweet. Her and Sarah are really good. I really want to thank you guys so much for all that you guys do and do amazing at it. Also the front desk is wonderful they do what they can to make sure you can pay for your dental work they work with you on payment plans and so on! Overall great job team!

I don't know where to start with this review for Ideal dental so how about at the front door! Upon entering an immaculate modern designed waiting area in a newly built plaza in The Avenue area, I approached the check in counter to be met by the most bubbly and enthusiastic young lady with a BEEEE-U-TEE-FUL white smile!!!! Come to find out later this was the office manager (Tanisha) whom was helping out wherever she could! I loved it! Right after my paper work was complete, I was immediately called back by Ms. Heather - the coolest chic with the most amazing personality I have ever encountered! She made me feel so relaxed and like family! Her demeanor kept me calm through my whole visit (I get anxious in dentist offices so this was needed and she didn't Eve lm know it lol). She was so skillful with that xray gun that you have to bite down (usually hurts like a son for a gun) but not with her! Then if that wasn't enough, the dentist himself - Dr. Patel, was so friendly, thorough, personable, patient, and yet still on point and focused to give you the total dental outlook on what is going on with your tooth health and the plan forward to restore or create your smile or the smile you've always wanted! As I waited on the next nice surprise of this visit, I look to my left and there's a sign that reads "free whitening for life". I am a coffee lover so this was the sign from above for me ( as if everything else wasn't lol). Now time for my cleaning-all plaque GONE! I didn't feel not 1 tooth with plaque still left. They were so clean and smooth. OMG- I felt like a new woman! Then here comes the part where people get freaked out- money talks-but not with them! They show you what all your insurance pays on what you need and what your part may be all on 1 sheet side by side. THENNNN if you do have any patient responsibility payments, they let you break it down into smaller payments if you need to!!!! In these times, we need this option! Teeth health is SO important and we need to get it done, even if a little at a time until we get it all complete. I have already recruited my family for Ideal Dental Murfreesboro and if they took pets, I'd bring my dog Chino too! . Thanks again to Everyone at the office who made my visit the most hassle free dental visit ever!

Dr. Patel and his staff at Ideal Dental are the best you'll find! They truly know how to treat people and show care and professionalism throughout your visit. When you are on time for your appointment - they get you back on time! I've been to quite a few dentist and Dr. Patel is by far my favorite. You will not be disappointed! Oh, I forgot to mention how nice the office is! It's hard to feel like you're in a dentist office there. Very nice modern facility with state of the art equipment to get the job done!

They were very nice and caring. I am not a dentist person but they actually made it not as bad. I will make this my new dentist. The doctor was great the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Would very much recommend.

Hello, I came to your ideal dental in Murfreesboro off of medical center today. My appointment was at 8am. I came in due to thinking I had a cavity, Will to pay out of pocket to have the cavity filled. I went through 35 minutes of X-rays and pictures. For your dentist doctor Patel to tell me he couldn't fix my issue. I was asked why I had come in today and had explained I was going to a different dentist but was having issues with some filling they put in so every few months I was having to come back and let them refill it. As well as a time they filled a tooth which I then had serve pain for over a year and half before doing a root canal and crown put on. I let him know the frustration I had and that was why I came into his office. I tried to make small talk I asked him how long he'd been practicing and he made some joke. We both laughed and what not. He then begins too look at my teeth and put endo ice on my already sensitive tooth. I leaned forward in pain. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't work on my teeth and that he wouldn't take me in as a patients. Told it wasn't because of my tooth it was because I bad mouthed another dentist and was offended I asked him how long he'd been practicing. For a dentist to be so sensitive to question like that I was appalled. He then told me I would need a root canal or needed to see a periodontist. I left in more pain then I came in. I called another dentist crying. They took me in and looked at my tooth. Your dentist claimed it was a small cavity. The dentist I saw said it was medium and that she could fix it and I didn't need a root canal. I'm disappointed and disgusted with how I was treated in that office. He shouldn't be practicing in any office with and attitude like that. And yes I'm talking about Mr.Patel. I can't even call him a doctor

This place was absolutely wonderful. The sweet front desk lady got me in ASAP when I told her I was in pain. This is a very caring and professional office. The whole staff was nice. The Dentist gave me several options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Great dentist and staff! Very clean and thorough with treatment plan. Dr. Patel informed me I would be sore afterwards but I wasn't and he called to personally check on me the next morning. No complaints at all and I've found my new dentist office. Thanks so much Ideal Dental for being so professional and helpful.

This dentist office is really nice especially for the ages of 16-50. Dr Patel was patient and very nice. He allowed me to know all my future work that needed to be done. I had really bad problems with a cleaning I haven't had since before the pandemic. He took care of it all in one day. The front desk staff is very pretty and well put together. The dental assistance were fun and kind and always attentive. I'm looking forward to making them my dentist family for I'm new to Murfreesboro and so far my health is up because of the people here care a lot about their jobs.

My family and I just moved to Murfreesboro and we were all looking for a new dentist. I'm so glad I found Ideal Dental. I couldn't be happier with their level of care. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and efficient. It was honestly the most pleasant dentist appointment I've ever had.
