I felt like it was a hard sale for invisalign. I said I was not interested, but the dentist continued then they even wrote up a quote for $4,800 and checked my insurance. When someone tells you they're not interested that is what they mean! No one told you to check my insurance! They don't even give you a toothbrush but they want me to spend $4,800 at a dentist for orthodontic work....go figure!

i personally have had one of the worst experiences from any dental clinic here over the past year. i was having serious pain towards the back of my mouth to where i couldn't chew or drink water on that side. went in to see them about it on at least 3 seperate occasions-each time saying "whatever you did last time didn't fix the issue" (was hard to tell which tooth was being worked on due to all the numbing and that part never being disclosed until my final visit) during my last visit they proceed to tell me they've only been working on one tooth the entire time-giving it multiple fillings and shaving it down to "relieve pain" (even after telling them it's not working *hint hint* PROBABLY WRONG TOOTH). each time the dentist (younger female one) seemed very rushed and not sure of herself and her work. in the end i paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket, completely exhausted my insurance for the year all just to have to find another dentist to do the work needed done (root canal on tooth directly next to it) costing me another $1800 out of pocket. oh and they'll do anything to try and get you to buy their $25 toothpaste everytime you visit. not pleased one bit with this place. only reason for the 2nd star is the ladies at the front are very nice.

They got me into their office with an infected crown. The dentist made the assessment quickly, gave me a prescription for antibiotics and I was on my way. Efficient, nice and gentle. I highly recommend this office in Milton.

Everyone is great at their job. Friendly staff and well skilled dentist. My only complaint is their time management for longer appointments (something another review also mentioned). They also complained or mentioned how small my mouth was almost every 5 minutes of every appointment I've been to (which made me self conscious after the 4th mention). I went in because I chipped my tooth and was told that two different teeth need more attention (needed root canals). Everyone was confident two root canals could be done in 3 hours in one appointment so I was like let's do it! The appointment went by and they got 1.5 root canals done. I thought, no worries, they'll surely finish in a second appointment. Wrong. Had a second 3 hour appointment and honestly I spent most of the appointment just laying there with my mouth numb and open (I had earbuds in and was counting the songs that played and finished between different people working on my mouth). My dental hygienist was super nice throughout this appointment and kept going back to see where the dentist went. She also tried to occupy my time with other things like a 3D scan and other smaller things that needed to be completed. Ended up leaving that appointment with 1.5 root canals done (same as when I arrived). During this same appointment another dental hygienist came in and out of the area I was in and seemed kinda frustrated that my hygienist and I were having a hard time, as if I was making it challenging for my hygienist on purpose. She kept talking down to me and saying things like "stop breathing through your mouth" or "open your mouth" in a loud condescending way (remember I have a tiny mouth). The dental hygienist I had stood up for me and was very reassuring throughout. I didn't understand why the other hygienist was there and why they were getting mad that my hygienist and I was struggling with something. I haven't seen that person since so I don't know if they were having an off day or if they maybe no longer work there. Overall, everyone is generally really nice and welcoming. They complete dental work pain free and discuss financial options well. Just not the greatest with long appointment time management.

loved it. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. When in I got X-rays and a cleaning. Christina was the best .. she made me feel comfortable and probably the smoothes/painless cleaning ever.

The staff are super friendly. I would travel miles to have my favorite hygienist do my cleaning. They are very gentle and thorough. When I told them about my brother's recent mouth cancer diagnosis, they took extra time to check out my mouth.

The state of my teeth was such, that to say, "Dr. Caparas put me back together again" is hardly an exaggeration. Ideal Dental is staffed with competent and gracious people as well. Glad they're here.

We have been using this dentist off since before it was Reign or Ideal dental. Exams and work seem to be fine. My only complaint is that I don't feel the person service you feel from a one dentist dental office.

Best dentist office ever. I would highly recommend Ideal Dental. Always great experience. Kind, professional, thorough and so on. For the first time in my life I don't mind going to the dentist

Did invisalign and got a filling here - they made payment as cheap as possible for both by recommending a service called metrocare. The filling was quick, easy, and I can't even tell where it went in visually or by feeling. Almost always get in right on time or a minute or so earlier. Very nice rooms and chairs. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about these people. It's been a year since I was a walk-in at this office & I would/have recommend it. Last March I was scheduling an appt over the phone w/Cindy,the receptionist & I said "oh, that's my birthday." When I came to the appt she had a small birthday cake for me ! My dentist, Jenny Wong, is an intelligent, confident young lady who has always listened to my concerns and done whatever she can to accommodate me. This is so important. The assistants are cheerful & interested in my comfort & needs. Overall, everyone is efficient & happy__a powerful combination. It makes for a nurturing environment & that's where I want to be !

When I went in, everyone was friendly and it took about 10 mins total to fill out the paperwork and get called back. The service was easy and honest, showing and explaining everything to you. Scheduled and appt. To come back

Recent changes in business practices and communications protocol have made the process of making an appointment a painful affair. Attempts the implement new processes have been conducted without regard to the inconvenience of the clientele, now requiring more time and energy just to schedule an appointment. I will go elsewhere.

I highly recommend ideal dental in Milton to anyone looking for a dentist. I've been twice, both were pleasant experiences, or as much as they can be for going to the dentist. Everyone is very kind, they'll be my #1 for the foreseeable future!

I've been going here for a few years now. The staff is friendly, and they all treat you well. You can tell they care about their patients. They accommodate my every need. I'm a big baby and have a low pain tolerance and they still make sure I'm comfortable, and do whatever is needed to make sure I stay that way. I will never switch dentists after finding them. No matter the distance.
